All new construction which includes new heat and A/C, kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, all new furnishings and new private outdoor patio. The studio is completely private from the main house. There are long term tenants who live in the main house. The studio is not detached from the main house. There is one shared wall. However, multiple layers of studio grade and sound deading insulation were used to prevent any noise interruption. Guest access Guests will have access off of the back alley where the entrance and parking are located. There is keyless access from the exterior gate and main exterior door to the studio.
