Ryan was super communicative and helpful with local recommendations. House was beautiful and clean, perfectly located. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean, cozy, quiet, and exactly as described. We were in Columbia for our son’s graduation from basic training at Fort Jackson. Only 4 miles from gate 4 and very close to downtown for restaurants. Ryan was great! Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. Ryan was very helpful and quick to help with an internet issue during our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and easy access to USC campus. The house was very clean and comfortable and we will definitely stay again when in Columbia.

Me and a girlfriend of mine came to town for a comedy show and were only staying the weekend. It was VERY close to the venue, so traffic was not a problem. We found a fantastic breakfast spot nearby (she's from NY and loves her bagels!) It was the PERFECT size for just us two. We had everything we needed. The host was phenomenal; kept in touch, was quick to answer any questions and very very kind. Anytime we need another weekend getaway that's not too far from home, we definitely found our hideaway!

Great place in Columbia, close to USC campus! Clean, cozy and Ryan was very easy to work with, checking in with me several times throughout our stay to be sure we had all we needed. Highly recommend and will certainly stay here again when visiting my son at USC.

We stayed here while visiting for our sons graduation at Ft. Jackson. It was wonderful! Really cute neighborhood and we didn’t have any noise or issues coming from the neighbors as this is a twin home. Very close to restaurants and grocery stores etc. The kitchen is very well equipped. Everything worked well, it was fantastic!

We visited the area for our son’s graduation from basic training at Fort Jackson. The property was conveniently located. Clean and perfect for our needs. The property owner responded very promptly to all of our questions. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was wonderful. Had many extra Amenities. I felt like I was staying in someone’s well cared for home. The owner was prompt in giving me checkin information. I would stay here again the next time I’m in Columbia.
