Or driving away from the beach to Kings Highway you will access all the restaurants, shopping and activities the area has to offer: entertainment, pickleball, shopping, and restaurants. Unwind at night in the privacy fenced yard. Reasonable rates so a couple on a budget can still have fun in the sun. Bedrooms and bathroom are on the 2nd floor and the stairs have a turn in them so 3 stairs are narrow, so not recommended for people not steady on the stairs or young children. No elevator. Economically mixed neighborhood with retired owners. Quiet residential, no parties or smoking or drugs on property. Cotton candy sunrises over a sleepy silver sea!
