Our family of 3 stayed for 4 nights. Tina was so welcoming and hospitable, she even left a welcome basket of treats to get us started. The property is beautifully decorated and well maintained. The outdoor ‘toys’ for the beach were a real plus (wagon, chairs, umbrella, etc.) as well as the outdoor shower to wash off the day at the beach! We would definitely stay again, especially to see Bodi the dog!

Tina’s thoughtful welcome basket, card and note set the tone for a lovely stay in this beautiful and peaceful corner of Hampton. A perfect spot for my sisters and I who came to town for a family member’s celebration of life.

Perfect little getaway. Comfortable and quiet, just far enough from the busy ocean road so you can relax and enjoy a peaceful meal overviewing a beautiful marsh and look at the tide roll in and out. The owners are extremely friendly and attentive. We would definitely stay here again!

The home was beautifully decorated, super clean and has a great view! The weather was not the best but the decor and location were wonderful. The welcome basket was a nice surprise. There were three of us and one night with six. Teen boys used our own air mattresses which fit well in the good sized bedrooms. Beds were very comfortable. The home has all you need. The wagon for the short walk to the beach is a great touch but you may want to bring your own beach chairs. The hosts were responsive, pleasant and stayed next door. We look forward to staying there again!

My two grandsons so enjoyed their time at the beach. We loved the attention to details exhibited by the owners from welcoming us into our peaceful space to waving goodbye when our time came to an end. Beautiful, convenient, lovely spot. Even more than I expected.

Clean and comfortable and the perfect location for touring around the area.

We enjoyed our stay as a family of 4 at Once upon a tide. The house met all of our needs and was as listed. The nearby beaches were beautiful and the location made it easy for us to travel to Boston, Salem and Maine for additional adventures. Tina and Jim were excellent hosts sharing great places to check out and eat. My family is already talking about our next trip to Hampton.

Beautiful condo, immaculate condition, lots of indoor and outdoor space, clean and cozy with most amazing views of the water! Location is perfect where the beach and all the attractions are walking distance, but property is tucked in a bit so you can still relax and get rest should you choose to do so. The best part, without a doubt, was meeting the owners, Tina and Jim, and Bodi the pup. What a sweet thoughtful and kindhearted family! If there was one thing I regret is not bringing my binoculars to watch the birds - there are so many different ones and most I’ve never see before! Ugh, miss the beach house already!!! Thank you, Tina and Jim!!!

Nice location on an inlet, we walked to the beach, had all the amenities, a great welcome basket and awesome decorating!

The property is beautiful and has everything you need and even things you don't think you need. They have thought of everything. Would definitely go back. Owners are great.

I rented Tina’s place for my wife and her friends for her birthday weekend. The house was meticulously clean, easy parking and walking distance to the beach. They took advantage of the outside space that offered a fire pit. Zero complaints or issues and Tina was incredibly easy to work with.

Property was clean, bright and well-equipped. Owner was very responsive and just a pleasure to work with. Great condo in a great location. We will definitely be back!
