About this house rental
Situated in Seaside, this lovely house for $814 per night is a great choice for your next break. 4 Bedrooms, 4.5 Baths, Sleeps 10 790 Western Lake Drive includes access to WaterColor’s private beach, pools and amenities. It is located in the center of WaterColor with easy access to the beach, Boathouse, Beach Club, and Camp WaterColor. It is also conveniently located right next to the walking path that brings you to Seaside in less than 5 minutes. With this perfect location you will be sure to find something for the whole family! The first floor is where all 4 bedrooms are located with their private baths. The master bedroom has a king bed with a large custom headboard. The master bath has a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads. The second guest bedroom has a new king bed and private bathroom with dual sinks. The third guest bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom with dual sinks. The 4th bedroom has full size bunk beds and its own private bath. There is a screened porch downstairs off of the hallway from the bedrooms. The second floor includes an open living area flowing to the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is complete with stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops, and slate floors. Off of the kitchen there are two dining areas, with a large table that seats 12 and the other which seats 4. The living area has plenty of space for the whole family to relax after a long day at the beach. The second floor also has 2 large porches. Parking: The property has 3 on-site parking spaces available for rental guests to use. An on-property parking space is required for any LSV. WaterColor amenities: The advertised number of rental guests is the maximum number of guests allowed to stay at the property (10). Access credentials (wristbands) are required for all guests ages 5 years and older. WaterColor charges a nightly amenity fee of $7.75 per advertised number of rental guests (10) per night in order to use the amenities of the resort. Please note this price is subject to change each January. The price for WaterColor amenity wristbands is included in the quote and provides access to all WaterColor amenities. We enjoyed this property very much. The location was perfect for an easy walk or bike ride to the beach club or the tennis courts. It is also ideally located to walk to Sea Side. The property accommodated our group of seven well. It was clean, and it was just as described. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. Alexa was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions. We hope to stay here again in the future!

We had a great stay at Watercolor over Thanksgiving 2023- thanks Alexa! Alexa is very prompt to reply to all messages and made everything extremely easy. The house was super clean and great for our family of 6. The best part of the house is the location- just steps to the shops at Seaside! We hope to be back!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is perfect, decorated beautifully, clean, well laid out. Check in was a breeze. Our host could not have been more accommodating or pleasant to work with. The location!!!!! Perfect. Walk to seaside easily and we could walk or ride our bikes to the pool/beach. We loved our stay, it was relaxing and everyone had a great time. Thank you! We would definitely stay here again.

Alexa was a super host. She made sure she answered all question before we arrived. The house looks exactly like the photo gallery. Every place was within walking distance. The pools and beach were the best! Important to preorder umbrella and chairs for beach days! We will be returning!!!

Can’t say enough positive things about the house, it’s location (just walk out the back door and you’re at the seaside shops in minutes) and the host! We really enjoyed our stay and with young kids, the convenience factor to both seaside and the watercolor amenities were HUGE! Highly recommend.

We loved this property. Plenty of room for family of five. Took advantage of camp watercolor, the watercolor inn pool and the beach (using bracelets). Easy access to Seaside and Grayton Beach too. Alexa was fantastic and took great care of us. Will definitely reserve again. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property close to town square and bike paths. Property was ready on time and very clean; with everything we needed for a week long stay. Lots of nice outdoor covered decks to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. Covered 2 car parking behind house; which made it easy to come and go. Can’t wait to visit again!

Had a wonderful visit over the holidays. Positives: lots of room for our family of 5, great location, and amazing house. Negatives: wasn’t super clean- kitchen counter and floor were dirty, no blankets and bedding was spotty. Remember to bring your own laundry detergent, hand soap, toilet paper, garbage bags and paper towels.

The pictures do not do this house justice, it is absolutely stunning! The high ceilings, the two decks, beautiful furniture and decor...everyone had their own room with their own private bathroom. We were there for our son’s wedding at the chapel and it was so close, we all walked there. It was less then a 5 minute walk to the cute little town of Seaside which has many restaurants and food trucks with amazing views. We had some minor issues but the property manager was amazing and efficient in resolving them. We will definitely be back and we highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay near Seaside.

We've been vacationing along 30A for the last 3 years and wanted to try staying in Watercolor. It did not disappoint. The pools are great for the kids (and adults)! The location of this beautiful home is very close to Seaside and an easy walk to the Main Square. We rode bikes to Camp Watercolor (pool with slides) and to the main Watercolor pool on the beach. They have beach chairs, boogey boards, kids games, puzzles available in the house. Would definitely stay here again!

Although the location is great for Seaside and Watercolor the lack of upkeep on the house does not make up for it. We have stayed at this location previously and they still did not repair the broken items. Location is great, they just need to maintain the house better. Needless to say, we will not rent this property again.

Claire at Oversee is the best.....give her a raise immediately! The house however has some issues: replace or remove the great room rug before someone trips or slips; furniture slip covers are dirty and need to replaced; bed linens are too small and come off in the night; need more eating utensils—Claire sent more over-sheets too! Bikes are worn out, so we rented other ones. Fix these things and it is an ideal rental!

The location and layout of the property were great! The couches were extremely dirty to the point we draped extra sheets over them to sit down. The bed linens were awful. The king bed had a full size flat sheet on it and the fitted sheet was very worn. We would stay there again though, just minor improvements could make it amazing!!

Our stay was great. Seaside is a walkable, family-friendly town and this home's location is a very short walk to the town square, beach, shops, and restaurants. The home is large and can accommodate a multi-family group. Access to the neighborhood pools is a plus and a good break from the beach days.

Location was so great! We loved being able to walk to everything and not have to worry about parking as much. The house was okay... not bad, but not great. Needs some updates with appliances, kitchen utensils/pots/pans, and outdoor furniture. Couches & floors were extremely dirty. We still had fun though!
