Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed with an attached bathroom Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed The Livingroom area has a queen sized bed with a pull out twin sized bed and the couch makes out into a full sized bed. in the front yard area there is a Charcoal Grill, a fire pit and seating so you can enjoy the view. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils you need to cook a meal at home. Guest Access: you will have full access to the rental unit and front yard are with the grill and fire pit Getting Around: Free Street Parking Other Things to Note: There are other rental units on this property Please be courteous of your neighbors Parking, Laundry Room sidewalk are shared. Quiet hours: 11pm- 7 AM. Please be aware that other guests are on property. This is a residential area so no parties, loud music, or unregistered guests.
