Anyone under that age must be supervised by 25+ during the entire stay. -5 Beach badges are provided during your stay (required June 12-Sept 3). There will be a charge of $100 for any unreturned badges. -Sheets, and bath towels are provided. Beach towels are not included. Additional house rules: -We only rent to individuals over 25 years of age. Anyone under 25 must be supervised by an adult at all times. -No prom stays, -No alcohol consumption by guests under the age of 21, -8 beach badges are provided for your convenience. There is a $75 charge for each beach badge lost.
