Overall good stay! We will definitely stay there again and would recommend.

We got a slope side view and it was perfect. We liked free breakfast but it was a little generic. Super convenient to ski in ski out of the lodge and I love that they offer ski lockers for storage. I appreciated the complimentary coffee all day and evening.

I strongly dislike that check-in is not until 5 o’clock. We got the most expensive room there in regards to view and space but we could not check in until 5 o’clock so spending close to $500 for one night and only having access to the room less than 24 hours was not satisfying. I’m a coffee drinker and even though I liked the complimentary coffee, I wish there was a coffee shop that had more freshly brewed and crafted coffee.

Great location but the room smelled awful

The location was amazing. Large windows. Wonderful view of the slopes. Front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly.

The room was very dated but worst of all, it smelled awful. We tried different things to make it bearable but nothing helped. We wanted to let the front desk know but since it was nye, we thought to give anyone a hard time. But the odor was terrible. Kids had a hard time sleeping because of the springs on the pull out bed. Food areas/restaurants closed early and no/minimal food options for delivery outside of the resort.

The staff was excellent. Hopefully the breakfast can be expanded into a larger room to include variety and hot items.

Location was great, but due to other issues would not stay there again.

Breakfast was continental only. Location of facility was very good.

Shower was quite moldy. This is really not healthy for people with allergies and asthma. Air conditioning did not work in bedroom, which was stifling hot and airless at night, especially since there was no window in the bedroom. Front desk personnel were not friendly or interested in helping customers.
