Lake 38 is right on Malletts Bay in Colchester. Spectacular views of lake and Green Mountains. Newly decorated and furnished three bedroom house. Dock and beach for guest to use. Outside upper deck with grill and lower deck. Open to the outside. Large window and doors. Great place for a family vacation year round. Two king beds and two twin beds. Also, two pull out sleeper sofas. Close to downtown Burlington, bike path, restaurants, park, swimming, etc.
