Mountain Villas 2B1 has 19 steps in, is ONE LEVEL, offers INTERNET ACCESS, and is NOT PET FRIENDLY. This unit is rated DELUXE and SLEEPS FOUR. In the main living area, you will find the LIVING ROOM featuring a FLAT-SCREEN TV and QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA. The fireplace is NOT AVAILABLE for guest use. There is a fully functional KITCHEN and the DINING TABLE seats six. You will find ONE FULL BATH across from the Master bedroom with a King bed, TV, and loveseat. This unit is a short COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE ride to the slopes & main resort. It is also within walking distance to the Highlands Golf Course. The small viewing deck offers a grand view of Seven Springs Mountain Resorts beautiful wooded landscape (GAS GRILL USE IS PROHIBITED).  Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on-site within the Community. All homes include whole-house air conditioning, and a washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included). Iron/Ironing board, expanded cable in the living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included), and a fully functional kitchen. Also, included are paper towels, trash bags, and toilet tissue. During the summer months, this unit has access to the community pool.
