This three bedroom standalone house has been renovated within the last year. It is a special home that has a lot of coastal old Mystic charm. It is bright and sunny downstairs with an open floor plan. There is an office set up with a large desk, office chair, and high speed internet for those who need to still work while traveling. There is a full bathroom on the first floor as well as a brand new deck off of the dining room with a conversation set. You'll find three (3) bedrooms upstairs that sleep five (5) comfortably. The first bedroom features a queen bed with a very large closet for plenty of storage, the middle bedroom has a daybed (twin), and the far bedroom has a queen bed, closet, and two dressers. The second floor also has another full bathroom with a double vanity sink and large tiled walk in shower. The fully stocked kitchen features butcher block countertops and has stainless steel appliances including a range/oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pot and pans, dishwasher, etc. All linens are provided, including beach towels, and beach chairs upon request. There is high speed and reliable wireless internet, and a 60’ LG Smart TVs with streaming services including Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime, etc. Please note: there is no cable service, just streaming.
