Inviting newly remodeled midtown home just 2 blocks from the fairgrounds, 2 minutes from TU & Cherry Street, and 7 minutes from the BOK Center, Cain's Ballroom, Guthrie Green & downtown Tulsa. This 2-bedroom home is perfect for couples, small families, solo adventurers, & business travelers. It has a lovely outdoor space with deck in a peaceful neighborhood. Fully remodeled kitchen. Not to mention the beds are comfy & the WiFi is strong. (Dogs are negotiable, if they ask nicely, ha!) 1470 sq. ft of living space w/ wide driveway for plenty of parking, and a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, Keurig coffee maker, and full-sized washer & dryer available for your use. A fully fenced backyard w/ flowers & fruit trees makes for a lovely view as you relax on the deck. Master bedroom can easily sleep 2 in the king bed, while the second bedroom can sleep up to 2 in a queen bed.

Nice, clean property. Some delay in receiving check-in instructions until less than an hour before arrival. After check-in, manager appeared available.

My brother and I stayed here during the annual Chili Bowl at the fairgrounds, which is walking distance to the house. Has a nice old fashioned charm with modern amenities where they're needed, place was very clean, and all appliances worked fine during our stay. Property owner was easily accessible had we needed anything, but as it turned out, we had no issues. If you're looking for a place close to the fairgrounds and looking to avoid a hotel stay, this is an excellent option.

This house and neighborhood is fantastic. We enjoyed our stay, saw a lot of neat stuff around to visit and Clark was very responsive and eager to please. I would stay again when in town.

This is probably the cutest home I’ve ever stayed in. You walk in and you feel like you’ve walked i to a TV set. It was comfortable and the heater WORKS haha.
It’s super close to Cherry Street and all that has to offer. The area, much like the house, is well loved vintage and I loved it. Would stay there again.

This cozy house is beautiful. It has a wonderful deck and fenced yard for pets. The owners are wonderful to be in contact. The house is centrally located to the college and medical communities. Definitely worth the stay!!

We were mainly out during our stay but the house was very charming, beds comfortable, etc, we come to Tulsa first time using a VRBO instead of a hotel, may consider it again! Great host!

Property was as described and photos were accurate. Location was great for access to the Expo grounds. Quiet neighborhood and lovely landscaping and gardens. We were able to run back and forth for lunch, laundry, naps, etc. Clark was very responsive when small problems arose.

Very nice well remodeled older home. Loved the hardwood floors, old glass doorknobs, and the tile in the bathroom. It is the perfect size for a couple or family of four. There was great communication from the owners.

I LOVED this property. So clean and nice! You can tell the care that is put into this property. Comfortable and well equipped. Every detail was nice from the wood floors, vintage decorations, and even the toiletries! I wish I could have stayed longer!

We had a great weekend stay at this cosy yet spacious house. Everything we needed to cook our own meals and enjoy time with our family was there! There was a lovely fenced backyard with gardens and a nice back deck for calm coffee in the morning.

This house has all the comforts of home in a nice quiet neighborhood. The beds, shower, kitchen, and sitting areas are so nice. We were in town for a wedding, but told Clark we had some free time and loved to look for birds. He recommended Mohawk Park and we loved it so much that we spent 2 mornings there. The wedding activities were near The Gathering Place downtown, so we enjoyed being a short drive away. Plus, downtown was fun too. I highly recommend this listing for anyone wanting to explore the Tulsa area.
