It is a beautiful space, like living in an inviting model home filled with thoughtful details~ like the latest model Keurig coffee machine with pods, flavored syrups, fun mugs and cups. Assigned covered parking space with extra spaces available in parking lot and bordering street. Laundry same level accepts cards or coins. Let us be your home away from home. An escape from stress, and a soft place to land after your day of adventuring.

We took advantage of the heated pool and the hot tub during our stay. Easy walk west to Scottsdale shopping/restaurants. Walk east to Scottsdale Green Belt walking/bike path.

Great location! Plenty of eating and drinking establishments with-in walking distance. Property was very cozy and attention to detail was excellent. Kathy, the property manager, was great to work with. From check-in to check-out it was a wonderful stay!! Would definitely stay here again.

Our family of six had a great stay for a long weekend getaway. The condo was very clean and we loved the fun and welcoming decor and unexpected cozy amenities. The complex was quiet and we enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and shops in the Old Town area. Would definitely stay here next time we’re in Scottsdale!

We had such a wonderful time in this beautiful condo! Clean, comfortable, and perfect!! We have an 11 year old and 17 year old and we all had a great time! Perfect location too! Thank you for the fantastic stay!

This property is fantastic. Perfectly located to walk to get something to eat, shop or just grab something at a convenience store. The owner pays attention to what matters - good bedding, towels, cleanliness and they left so many little "1-extras" that makes the condo comfortable and enjoyable. I particularly loved the outdoor space and used that balcony a lot - even did some work "zoom calls" out there. I will definitely be back at this location when I need to return to Scottsdale.

My daughter and I had an awesome stay in this adorable condo. It was very spacious and nicely decorated. There were added touches that made it feel like home. The two bedrooms each had their own bath, so each area had lots of space and privacy as needed. The patio with lights and games was an added bonus. The host was always a text away with any questions or recommendations - we even asked to stay another night. Very good find in Scottsdale.

This property thought of all the details and as an Architect, I enjoyed the aesthetics of the condo so much! Cute/Clean/Modern place with all the amenities taken care of. Easiest VRBO stay I've had yet!

This property is well-kept, and has lots of little "extras" that many VRBO's don't provide.. Very comfortable - felt like "home." Kathy was prompt with all communications and the check-in and check-out instructions were flawless. Check-out could not have been any easier. Thank you, Kathy!

We had a great stay at Kathy’s place. Location was perfect for walking to Zipps and Clancy’s Pub. We really enjoyed the balcony for playing cards with family in the evening. We even saw several hummingbirds. Kathy was very responsive.

Our condo was lovely. Comfy furniture. Enjoyed sitting out on the deck before the day got too hot. A couple of us enjoyed using the pool. We were close to old town and enjoyed a visit to the Saturday morning farmers market. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a wonderful stay in a cozy, clean and super cute condo. Kathy was very responsive and get attention to detail made us feel special and Luke we mattered. The location was perfect and was walking distance to all of Old Town Scottsdale.

This property was in a great location and the perfect stay. Size and amenities were great for the 4 of us. The pool was very nice too. Would highly recommend. Please note the washer and dryer are not in the condo but not far away and takes cards

The condo was very enjoyable and comfortable to stay at. The furnishings and decorations were very cute; and included a great coffee bar and jars of candy which was a great touch. Kathy was a great host with great communication and even got a pregnancy pillow to help make my daughter comfortable during her stay there. The location was also great as it is walking distance to Old Town, dinning, shopping and groceries.

Upon arrival, we had to reach out to the host and she responded immediately. The property was exactly as described and much more. Great location, cute property and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.
