We loved the location out of the city area, quieter, excellent view of the city lights in the evening. Francisco Jose' is an excellent host, he goes above and beyond for you!! The Casita is excellent quality, amenities are superb, internet is FAST, very fast, you have 5G. There is ample parking, we had our Sprinter MBZ on this trip, the entire compound is very spacious for parking, for everybody. My wife had her German Shepherd with us on thsi trip, this home is welcoming for your dog, plenty of area to walk your pet.(s) while enjoying the city views below. Clean? Superb cleanliness!!! This is a Gated Compound, very secure & Safe, you have your own remote for entry, really nice. We actually forgot to lock the Casita door and the van, that evening, nothing was botheed, safe! What might be nice is if you're in a large family or group, you might want to rent all the available casitas, two of them have BBQ areas for the pleasant evening outdoor family/group dinners. We did not use the BBQ, it rained everyday while we were there in Ensenada. Speaking of rain/cold, the casita has both A/C and heating, mini split, we only used the heater,and kept the Casita warm & cozy for our stay. Kitchen is well equipped with gas cooktop, microwave, fridge, everything, & bathroom was supplied with toiletries. Plenty of towels, but no small face/wash cloths.

Everything was great, just be sure to use google maps, our AT&T/Apple app, led us wrong, but Franciso drove to meet us promptly, so not a big deal in our opinion, The entry is a little tight, so if you're in a large(r) RV, be sure to watch the entrance into the driveway which is very wide, note the turning ratio is a tight 90 degrees, but not a problem at all, easy entry, easy exit, if you're in a SUV, car, Sprinter Van, absolutely NO problem, as mentioned, in my opinion, only if you're in a large RV, but still very easy, better than most RV parks we've taken our 41' Monaco to stay, with their tight turns and spaces, in the past.
