Across the hall is Bedroom #2 with 2 Twin beds. An expansive full bathroom off the hallway is easily accessible from both bedrooms. Bedrooms #3 and #4 are both furnished with King beds and share a large full bathroom with access from the hallway. A washer and dryer can be found off the hallway. Access to the covered porch, hot tub, and covered ocean-facing deck is on this level. Top Level: The top floor features a well-appointed kitchen, a main living area, and two bedrooms. Bedroom #5 is furnished with a King bed and an attached private full bathroom. Bedroom #6 is also on this level and is furnished with a King bed. This bedroom has access to the full bathroom located off the hallway. The living area includes a full entertainment center with a TV and DVD player and plenty of seating. The dining area boasts an expansive dining table that seats 12. The kitchen is equipped with all you will need to prepare your favorite meal with plenty of cookware, updated appliances, and two breakfast bars (each seating 4). Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to the guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
