The carriage house had plenty of room for a comfortable long weekend. There were so many thoughtful touches like a Christmas tree and decorations, a basket of snacks and a special treat for our anniversary . Clean and nice decor. The bed, linens and couch were all great and it was nice to have a well appointed small kitchen. We were able to walk to several great restaurants nearby. The hosts thought of everything and communication was great. Great trip to Nashville!

My friend and I had a great time in Nashville, and the accommodations were perfect. I would have no problem staying there again in the future. Jason was a great host.

It’s a darling place!! Reasonably priced and a quick commute to the strip and airport. Loved the decor and bed was extremely comfortable. Everything about this stay was pleasing. Jason was great and easy to communicate with. The apartment is amazing and in a great location. Wonderful area and quiet but close to Five Points restaurants and easy to get down to Broadway.

The property was exactly as described. Very clean and very cool interior design and decorating. Host is very accommodating with detailed instructions and lots of convenient ammenties like water and soda and snacks to get you started for your visit. Bed was very comfortable. neighbor is quiet and seems safe. There are very good and unique restaurants East Nashville, close to this location. I plan on visiting Nashville next year and would definitely stay here again. Also, easy Uber ride to anywhere in Nashville.

My friend and I stayed at the carriage house for 3 nights, and we would certainly stay again! The carriage house was exactly as pictured, pristine, cozy, and just what we needed to relax and unwind. We had thunderstorms pop up during our stay, and we were more than happy to order food in and enjoy the cozy atmosphere. Jason provided a thorough explanation of the house and other pertinent information upon check-in, and was always available to answer any questions or concerns! We definitely took advantage of the restaurant recommendations and things to see. Absolutely could not give a higher rating to this host/accommodation! :)

The studio apt above the carriage house was super clean, convenient to restaurants within walking distance. So close to Downtown Nashville (within 1 1/2 miles). Also very comfortable. Will surely tell anyone visiting Nashville to stay here.

The carriage house was very clean and tastefully decorated. Located on the East side of town it was quiet, secure and easy to get downtown. Would highly recommend this for your travel to Nashville.

Place was close to everything but nice and peaceful during the day and evening. Easy to get to from locations. Jason (the owner) was great to communicate with and made the stay very welcome.

My Husband and I loved our stay in Nashville. The Carriage House was perfect. Lots of time and thought was put into this space. Pictures do not do it justice. The Hosts were very accommodating and communication was prompt and easy. They had great suggestions for food and entertainment which was really helpful. The location was perfect. Just minutes to downtown but also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!!

What a beautiful property. Jason is a wonderful host and the carriage house is adorable. There are a dozen restaurants within a few blocks and just 8 minutes from downtown. Highly recommend
