Additional family features include a Pack-N-Play and two baby chairs. The home has an eye on sustainability, with solar panels equipped and a NEMA 14-50 electric vehicle charging port in the garage. Inside, an open layout and strong natural lighting set the tone for group gatherings on the main floor. A plush sectional, fireplace, and smart TV offer comfortable downtime and casual entertainment. The stainless steel kitchen comes equipped for home cooking, with a deluxe suite of appliances including a six-burner gas range and dedicated beverage fridge. A dishwasher is also equipped for stress-free cleanup. For a special treat, fire up the gas grill for a barbecue out on the sun deck. Each bedroom comes equipped with its own TV, for added flexibility. The home is also fitted with an elevator, for universal ease of access. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. Lots of space, high ceilings, central air, functional elevator, well appointed kitchen, easy 2-block (5 min) walk to beach, lots of beach chairs/toys, screened in porch, comfy beds

This property is outstanding ! The home has a nice floor plan, is well appointed and only 2 short blocks to the beach. It is conveniently located and a short walk to the center of town. I would have given 5 stars but we had multiple issues when we got to the house. Vacasa needs to step up their management of their cleaning crews as the house was not up to par in the cleanliness area at check in. We ended up cleaning the house which was really not acceptable. However, putting that aside, it is a beautiful home and I would recommend it.
