My son, puppy and I stayed 3 nights. The studio is exactly as depicted, parked right by the gate and check in was a breeze. The owners live next door, and are quick to respond in case you need to contact them. The grounds are very nice with lots of plants. Kitchen was well stocked. We loved the quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Lassing Park was a short walk down the alleyway with beautiful water view. We enjoyed a breakfast croissant and Reuben Sandwiches at Old Southeast Market a very short walk away. We went to The Dahli one day and enjoyed that. The next day went to The Dog Bar, Grand Central Brewhouse, and Urban where I got “The Thing” Sandwich. We loved getting to know St. Pete!

My boyfriend and I went down for an extended weekend to visit family. Generally, we weren’t in the house much, which made it perfect for just the two of us. Cute little space for eating, showering, and sleeping.

just what you need to be away from the routine and close to attractions. Besides the place, the host service was above and beyond our expectations.

The place was very peaceful and quiet , off the beaten path but close to all the venues and attractions. It was well stocked with all that was needed for a nice stay. The only concern we had was that the inside of the microwave was in need of cleaning.

This is the first time using a Vrbo rental. This cabin is comfortable, well appointed and immaculate. We spent five days here and enjoyed every minute. The owners have thought of everything to make the stay comfortable for their guests. The location is very convenient for downtown museums and activities.

A small cottage tucked away from all the hustle and bustle, but a pleasantly short drive to anything you might want to get into. We absolutely enjoyed our stay as it allowed us to spend the day at the beach, drive to all the amazing local restaurants and drive back to such a peaceful street. The wine was a pleasant touch, thank you.

Well designed and appointed studio. Had everything we needed. Good location from which we walked to town, the pier, coffee, restaurants. Even used the fire pit outside which was great.

Nice, little property! May say studio, but it’s a small house! Perfect for wife and our young kids. Updated and comfortable, recommended, and will return.
