UNIT DETAILS & POLICIES NOISE CONSIDERATIONS: INTER-UNIT NOISE: Our building is over 110 years old and does not have the soundproofing found in more modern structures. You will hear noise from adjacent occupied units and should be mindful of the noise you make as well. We ask all guests to understand the sounds they may encounter from neighbors. CONSTRUCTION NOISE: Please be aware that active construction is ongoing in the Litch Hotel building Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While most of our guests are out exploring during these hours, if you plan to remain in the unit during the day, please be prepared for potentially loud noise depending on the day's activities. PET-FRIENDLY UNIT NOTICE: Our unit welcomes guests with and without pets. While many visitors without pets have a great stay, we want to remind everyone that we cannot guarantee a completely dander-free environment. This may affect individuals with dog or cat allergies. PET POLICIES FOR GUESTS WITH PETS: NUMBER OF PETS: A maximum of 3 pets allowed per reservation. Notify us at booking or as soon as possible if there are any changes. PET FEE: A non-refundable fee of $30 per night per pet is required, including for ESAs. This fee will be billed separately about a week before your visit. BEHAVIOR AND ACCOMMODATIONS: Pets must be leashed in common areas, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and must not be left unattended in the unit. CLEANUP: Owners must clean up after their pets; supplies are provided under the kitchen sink for indoor mishaps. DAMAGE AND LIABILITY: Guests are financially responsible for any damage or incidents caused by their pets. Owners will not be held liable for injuries or damages. CHECK-IN: Contactless after 3:00 PM. Early check-in options available: COMPLIMENTARY: Call between 12:30 and 1:00 PM on your arrival day for potential early access. GUARANTEED: Pre-arrange early check-in for $15/hour starting as early as 1:00 PM. CHECK-OUT: Required by 11:00 AM; late check-out available at $15/hour. NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited within the condo. PARTIES: Require prior approval. QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. BEDS: Feature medium-firm memory foam mattresses. SECURITY: A motion-activated video doorbell is installed. ENTRANCE DETAILS: This unit's front door opens directly onto the main thoroughfare in Enterprise. They both live in Wallowa County, near Enterprise and are available to be onsite quickly if a need arises. Sawtooth is located in the historic Litch Hotel on the corner of Main Street and River Street in Downtown Enterprise. Enterprise is generally quieter and slower paced than its more famous neighbor Joseph. Many guests that stay in the Litch Hotel have noted their appreciation for this feature of the location. On the other hand Joseph is a short 10 minute drive away making it a convenient access point to the many outdoor adventures that our guests plan to enjoy during their stays. Guests have exclusive access to the Sawtooth condo. Key Features: * Spacious bedroom with king size bed * large bathroom with fully tiled shower and rain shower head * Fully equipped kitchen and with a small bar area with seating for 2 * Comfortable leather sofa and large flat screen smart tv * High-speed internet * Ample on street parking available *Allow pets for a $30/night pet fee for each pet. * Often we can accommodate early check in and late check out (up to 2 hours) for $15/hour ☆☆ BEDROOM ☆☆ A comfortable king size bed awaits in along with shelves and hooks for clothing and a night sky painted on the bedroom ceiling. ☆☆ BATHROOM ☆☆ A large bathroom with tile floors and a rain shower inside a large stand up tiled shower. A hiking themed hand drawn mural adorns the wall and large sink and lit mirror provides more than enough space for make up application. ☆☆ KITCHEN, LOUNGE & DINING ☆☆ The kitchen is well appointed. New appliances and new quartz countertops provide ample of food prep space. Appliances such as a Keurig coffee maker, blender and toaster help make the kitchen meet every guests needs. 16 spices and olive oil ensure your meals will be full of flavor. A small dining table by the front window along with two dining chairs allows for a comfortable dining experience using locally hand made plates, bowls and coffee cups. The kitchen opens into a living room space that provides a comfortable leather sofa facing a large HD flat screen smart TV. The living room also includes a cool chair suspended from the ceiling that guests are able to sit on. ☆☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆☆ The front door opens on to River Street directly across from the historical Wallowa County building. Your just a short walk away from several eating establishments and just a short drive away from the Wallowa Lake and the many outdoor opportunities that the Eagle Caps offer. There is plenty of on street parking for guests in the block surrounding the Litch Hotel. In more than a year of operating the hotel, we haven't had a guest complain about not being able to find convenient parking.

Great place to stay, everything you need to be comfortable in a great setting. Love the decor and personal touches only feedback would be to have usb or regular plug in on bedside tables.

Hubby and I stayed in the unit named Sawtooth. It has a camping theme and was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was well stocked so you are able to cook all your meals if you so choose. It is only 600 square feet, but feels so much bigger. It was very clean and we absolutely loved how it was decorated.

This is our second time staying at the Litch Hotel. The rooms are extraordinary and well designed with high end touches of art and finishes. When you open the door it is a WOW experience. Very clean units with modern appliances accompanied with large comfortable rooms.Felt like home. It has a great location between Wallowa and Joseph. Recreation and fun things too are at Wallowa Lake which is only 5 miles from Joseph. The owner Todd was exceptional in communicating with us and responding with emails. He was great to work with and we really appreciate that connection. Looking forward to staying next year. Gary & Jolene

BEAUTIFUL place! Excellent location and has ac! Todd was very helpful and nice! Only thing, the walls are very thin. We could hear the people next to us just walking or someone walking up stairs just like I’m sure they could hear our child crying. Would definitely stay here again!
