Cons: Toilet was dirty with poop under the sit. We had to clean it. Death flies (15 or so) around the apartment, not swept. also floor mats with of hair balls, never vacuum. First night there was a fight going on on the floor above, we were considering call 911. Second night there was a very loud bass music on the floor above, had to call the property manager. Property manager was not rude, asking to close the street door when we were standing there talking making plans, then asking to empty the fridge before we left. Neighborhood is bad, weed smell all the time and not feeling safe. Apartment is a finished basemen with low ceiling 7 feet, that is not shown in the post pictures. Pros: Not far from downtime, 10 minutes in a good day.

Great communication with property manager. Cute space. Property manager prioritized safety, which is nice!
