Therefore, we will not be able to accommodate requests for any guests, visitors, parties, reunions or other type of group setting requiring more than twelve people. (By City Ordinance) Check-in: 3:00 PM; Checkout: By 10:00 AM -- We typically cannot accommodate early check in or late departures due to time constraints involved in cleaning this large house for our next guests. The spa can be heated up to 3 hours per day at no additional cost. If you want the pool heated for your stay, contact us a at least 48 hours before check in for us to start the process. November-February $300 per stay plus $150 per day. March-October $150 per stay plus $150per day. Typically, the pool will be up to temperature by the time you check in. Because our calendar is blocked immediately upon booking for your arrival (sometimes months in advance), we will adhere to our firm cancellation policy. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen need to cancel their stay with us. Make sure you agree with our house rules before booking.
