We were four Canadian women in Scottsdale to celebrate our 50th birthdays.
The house was perfect. Plenty of space, all the amenities and super clean. Beds were all very new and comfy, water pressure excellent and the new, modern kitchen was perfect for breakfasts and any cooking we did.
Pool area was lovely and got afternoon sun. Water was not heated when we arrived, which Nash sorted right away, but it did take the day to heat up, so recommend making sure it's warm on arrival.
Nash was friendly, kind and easy to connect with - very quick responses.
It's about a 5-minute Uber to Old Towne - and plenty of Ubers, so they came quickly. Technically, you could walk, I guess, but it wouldn't really be a great walk. There is a strip mall very close to walk for groceries, pharmacy, fast food and essentials.
A great stay. Lovely, nicely renovated home. Great host. Definitely recommend.

We stayed here to move my son into college. The house was very clean, well stocked, and located in a nice quiet neighborhood close to everything we needed. We spent most of our time in the pool, it was the perfect temperature! Nash was quick to respond to all of my questions! Zero complaints from us. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Nash’s place is perfect for a quiet getaway. Everything was easy to find and the exactly as advertised. There was so much room in the kitchen and Nash was so easy to get in touch with when I had a question.

My friends and I (4 adults) traveled to Scottsdale to celebrate my birthday. We LOVED the house. It was super clean, well stocked with basic necessities and a few extras. There was plenty of space for us all. We also enjoyed the pool area. The property is just as described. Nash is an awesome host and responds very quickly when you reach out to him. We will definitely be returning and staying here again.

Overall the property is very nice, well-kept, and has a lot of brand-new features. The owner is very communicative and quick with responses.
However, it’s difficult to recommend because of two issues that need to be addressed. There were two locks that couldn’t be closed, so it did not feel secure. The owner did partially rectify one lock during our stay but this should have been handled prior.
Also, the master bathroom shower and outside shower are both virtually unusable due to very low water pressure, lack of drainage, and cleanliness.

All was as advertised. Location was central for Scottsdale with restaurants and stores within short distance. Enjoyed the pool and putting green. All new appliances with spacious kitchen and living area. Nice to have what amounts to 2 master bedrooms .owner responsive and helpful. Would strongly recommend for 2-3 couples or family.

Great place for a quick golf get away. Had some great meals in old town and the house was situated perfect for it. House was clean and spacious.

This beautiful property was the perfect get away for us during a busy family weekend. We loved the heated pool- perfect for morning swims even in January- and the putting green was a hit as well. The extras, like k-cups for coffee and extra pool towels, made it so nice! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home, extremely roomy with high ceilings, well equipped, quiet neighbourhood, loved the heated pool. Host is quick to respond to questions; a pleasure to deal with. My overall experience was perfect.
