The Palms is a calming haven in the heart of Norman. We have two (2) king memory foam beds for a great night of sleep. Chill on the private back deck, grill out or hang out in the attached garage Game Room which boasts a 43" TV, a foosball table, board and card games and two (2) swing chairs. While The Palms provides all you need for a calm and peaceful stay, you can still enjoy a night out into Main Street District, which is just a 0.9-mile walk away, towards great restaurants, bars, and shopping! The space The Palms weas designed to be a calming home away from home. The neutral palette throughout the home was intentional to make your experience a relaxing and calming one. The Palms is an adorable two (2) bedroom, one (1) bath home in the heart of Norman. Both bedrooms have a king-size memory foam mattress, side tables, dressers, and closet. The living room has a (1) futon couch for an additional person to sleep on. The back deck and attached garage Game Room make for a fun, laidback experience to gather with friends and family - whether playing games, grilling out, or relaxing on the custom deck under beautiful lighting. The Palms is meant to be part of your Norman experience and not just a place to lay your head at night. Guest access Check In and Check Out We do NOT accommodate Early Check In's or Late Check Out's. This policy is in place to protect our Sanitation Team's time in readily preparing and sanitizing the cabin in order to provide you and our next guests with a safe, clean, and suitable space. Thank you for your understanding! Breaching this policy with unauthorized Early Check In's and/or Late Check Out's will result in extra fees. Guests will have full access to the property minus one (1) locked Owner's Closet. Other things to note Pets We invite up to two (2) potty-trained dogs to accompany you. Please let us know that your furry friends will be joining you! We ask that you kindly clean up after your dogs in the yard. Complimentary dog waste bags are provided for easy cleanup. We also ask that dogs are kept off of the furniture to guard against accidental scratching. Please be aware, any damages caused by pets are 100% the responsibility of the guests. COVID-19 and Flu Season In the wake of COVID-19 and its variants, if during your stay you or one of your group members begin to experience symptoms of COVID-19 or the seasonal flu, we ask that you simply send us a courtesy message prior to your Check Out. This will allow us to make our Sanitation Team aware in order to carry out special COVID-19 sanitation protocols, as well as protect themselves from exposure while carrying out their duties.
