Recently upgrade spacious one bedroom, two full bath Condominium in the newest Disney Area luxury lakefront condominium at the Blue Heron Beach Resort nestled on the shores of 400 plus acre Lake Bryan, two blocks off I4 at the main Lake Buena Vista exit and yes, just .9 miles from the entrance to Disney! This professionally decorated unit is appointed with the best of everything, granite counter tops, jetted master tub, and designer furnishing. This unit has a breathtaking view of the pool and lake. The unit is completely equipped with everything you to need to have a 'magical' stay. The condominium sleeps six with a separate master suite with king-size bed and private bathroom. The bunk area and sofa bed each sleep two people with a separate full bath for a total of six people. Unit has two 4K Smart TVs (65in in Living and 55in in Master), along with full-size washer and dryer. The resort features two levels of under building covered parking with easy elevator access, a fitness room, multiple pools and hot tub spa, boardwalk and docks, tiki bar, arcade and access to a variety of rental watersport from neighboring Lake Buena Vista Watersports. Our location is centrally located to all of what Lake Buena Vista and Orlando has to offer from theme parks to fine dining. We are in the heart of the Disney resort area and only minutes to Sea World, Universal and the Convention Center. Many vacation rentals advertised in the Disney/Orlando area are private homes miles away from the resort areas and are managed remotely. We are right in the heart of the resort area and make sure you have a great vacation experience. We leave nothing about your Orlando vacation to chance. We thoroughly enjoyed our short week long visit to the area while attending a conference at the Marriott Convention Center. The condo was perfect and much preferred compared to a hotel stay. Our communications with the owner were excellent. Highly recommend this property for anyone staying near Disney or the Marriott Convention Center.

Great location. Nice area. Nice looking property with large pool, hot tub, Tiki Bar, walking trail that leads to pier overlooking Lake Bryan. Our view from the 6th floor gave us the most beautiful sunrises every morning and the reflection of the clouds on the lake was breathtaking. Less than 10 minute drive to Disney parks. Loved Disney decor in the condo unit. Clean, updated, comfortable. Loved our stay.

An unbelievable stay at Juergen’s property. Spotlessly clean, very comfy bed, incredible views across the lake, and just a few minutes away from every attraction. We really couldn’t have asked for more. We will be back!

My husband and I stayed in the condo during our recent trip to Orlando and really enjoyed it. It is in a great location, close to WDW and restaurants. Great place to come back to and relax.

It was a fantastic place.
My only complaint was the wifi was very spotty...
watching tv at all was difficult.
The pool was closed for renovations for most of our
stay...but certainly not the fault of the owner.

The bed was like Heaven, we slept like infants. The Mickey and Minnie Decor was so adorable and it wasn’t overwhelming. We surely did not want to leave and wanted to extend the stay. This is surely a great place to stay post Cruise or Vacation wise. We definitely plan to return to this unit. We may bring the kids or keep it the parents secret lol. So much space and room throughout the entire condo!

We definitely will rent again if we ever visit Florida again.
We had a little issue when checking in, but the owner resolved it quickly.
The house was clean and in great shape. It has a computer desk with monitor, keyboard, and mouse. My kids loved it, since they could hook up their computer and used it.
The location was great and safe. It was easy access to all theme parks.

The unit was beautiful and very well kept. The owner was easy to get a hold of when and if needed. Beautiful views of the pool area as well as the Orlando skyline, where you can see Epcot, Disney Springs, and more. One thing I wish we had known beforehand is whether or not the theme park shuttle would be available to us, and sadly it was not because you are booking privately, but as long as you have other means of transportation it will not damper the trip experience one bit. There is also a fun mini golf course right next door and convenient shopping and dinning options within walking distance. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Orlando! Very affordable for such a great location!

We were in town for a volleyball tournament and was looking for a nice condo in a good location for a great price. This was it! The condo was clean and decorated very cute. It was a good location with a quick drive to the convention center. It's close to the outlet mall, restaurants and downtown Disney. We were able to walk out the door and watch the fireworks from Epcot and another theme park. Would highly recommend.

We loved this place! Everything is just as it looks in the pics, kids loved the bunk beds, the sun care items and pool towels are appreciated. The pool was huge and my girls loved it! The tiki bar was fun with great drinks, they have food too, but we didn’t order food. Great location, close to everything. Very easy check in and check out. We hope to be back!

Property was exactly as expected. Lovely to have breakfast on the balcony overlooking the lake.
Location was fantastic for all the main parks, as well as shopping outlets.
Used Ubers a few times to visit Disney Springs on an evening- less than 10 dollars each way as very close.
Would definitely recommend this property as a place to stay.

This was our second time staying in this particular unit. Clean, family friendly and lovely resort pool/property. Close to many Orlando attractions. Wonderful communication with owner. Highly recommend staying here!

Great location. Kids loved the pool. Lots of space and nice to have the 2 bathrooms for quickly getting the family through the shower after the pool and theme parks. Would highly recommend!

We spent a week at this property, and it was awesome. It was clean, convenient, and it was as advertised. Close to the parks, freeways, restaurants and shopping. We loved the pool and bar area by the pool as well. All the employees were very friendly and the guests were very sociable and helpful to us, as this was our first visit there. We will definitely be back as it was very affordable for Orlando and for spring break, it was perfect.

Enjoyed our stay here - convenient location for Disney parks and golf courses. Publix 10 mins drive away. Gorgeous view over Lake Bryan from the main area, and a view of the nightly Disney fireworks from the bedroom. Large clean swimming pool and plenty of parking.

Our stay at this condo was wonderful. Clean, beautiful view of the lake from the balcony and easy access to all the parks. Jurgen was easy to work with and the checkout process was the easiest we have encountered with our many stays thru VRBO. We would not hesitate to book this unit again.

We really enjoyed our stay here!!! We stayed here for our trip to Disney World and you are really close to everything. The unit was super clean and it had Mickey and Minnie decorations in the unit that my daughter was so excited to see. We loved having two bathrooms which allowed us to get ready quicker to get to the parks. We were spending all of our days at the parks, but the resort has a gorgeous pool and a tiki bar that we were wishing we got to try out during our stay. The unit is overlooking the lake so each morning when we were waking to get ready we got to see the sunrise over the lake and it was beautiful to see. We would definitely love to stay here again!! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. It was perfectly located for our trip to Disney World and Disney Springs. The view from the balcony overlooking the lake was so beautiful, and we were able to see Epcot and some fireworks from the main bedroom window or area by the elevators.
The space was just right for our family of 4. My kids loved the bunk beds and having their own tv. They also enjoyed swimming at the resort pool in between our park visits.
It was very easy to communicate with the owner, and they even helped us to check in a little early as we arrived earlier than planned. Overall, this condo allowed us to thoroughly enjoy our trip. Thank you!

The condo was spacious, well decorated/updated, and very clean, with almost everything we needed. Check-in and out were smooth. The resort grounds and facilities were clean and the staff were very friendly as well. Great views and easy access to food and shopping. Would stay again!

Check in was smooth and easy. Location was perfect. The unit itself is adorable, very well kept and the decor was so cute. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need during our stay.
Only small issues but wouldn’t prevent us staying here again but wanted to note:
the screen door needs WD40 as it kept coming off the track and was not easy to slide open and closed
The top bunk comforter had visible stains on it.
The remote for the TV for the top bunk was missing
The remote for the bottom bunk didn’t work.
Both TVs for the bunk beds had to be used manually.
Other than these small things the place was perfect for a single mom and her two kids. Loved tht Starbucks was walking distance, Walmart a short drive away to stock up on groceries and Disney Springs very close too.
The premium outlets and discovery cove as well as Orlando ICON park were some of the places we visited and they were all less than 30 minute drive away.
We enjoyed the unit and would stay again for sure!

This apartment was perfect for our family. Centrally located, whole family thought the accommodations were great. Only suggestion - provide more towels to cut down on laundry. Highly recommend.

The property was as described and great for a family of four. Be sure to take advantage of the pool, gym, and watercraft rental amenities. Several great restaurants such as the Saltgrass Steak House, Landry's Seafood House, Bahama Breeze, and BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse are all located within walking distance to the north of the property. And if you forget the sunscreen, there is a Walgreens right across the street that has everything you might need for hitting the beach or visiting one of the theme parks.

This is a great rental. It was very centrally located to everything we wanted to do and in a beautiful setting. We had a small hiccup with internet service due to an outage because of weather but we feel it was taken care of as quickly as possible. The unit was very nice and clean.
The only recommendation I would make is there should be a supply of extra toilet paper. I have never stayed in a VRBO unit that didn't supply adequate toilet paper and paper towels. You really can't go to a store and buy one roll of toilet paper or one roll of paper towels and I don't feel like I should be required to supply those items for the next renters because I have to buy more than we need.
Other than that, I would highly recommend this rental.
