Been here before. Will continue to use when visiting relatives

An unexpected stay due to mountain weather, but it turned out great. The hotel is new, and an agglomeration of two hotels of the brand - unique as far as I’ve ever seen. I’d give it a 4.5 if I could, but obviously the ratings are not able to do that.

Walking distance to restaurants and convenient store. The room was very clean and nice.

I was disappointed to learn that there were no rooms specifically for pets (usually the first floor). The room smelled like dog such that I went out a bought a spray disinfectant to treat the carpeting (it did help). I don't like riding the elevator with unfamiliar, and especially, large dogs (I was assgned the third floor). I won't be staying here again.

Pretty old and tired, but the staff was excellent.

Unfortunately we stayed on the second floor with loud guests above us! They also started vacuuming above us at 9:30 in the morning! The breakfast seemed like they had a nice selection. Staff was very friendly!

Our room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The lighting and outlets were well placed and adequate. Breakfast had enough offerings so that I could still follow my strict diet that the doctor recommended.

I liked the breakfast but the carpet in our room was so dirty. It really needed cleaning.

The toilet 🚽 did not work at all I had to go back and forth to the lobby restrooms

The place wasn't clean. Ice machines not working except on 1st floor. Distance from rooms was too much. Front desk personnel were rude and not helpful. Not as good an experience as 5 years ago. Looks like just doing bare bones upkeep. Never go back!

We had a great time. The hotel is central to many wineries.

Staff was very accommodating. I actually booked 2 night stay but for medical reason, had to leave the next day. Staff at Hotels.com & at the hotel was totally understanding. I felt as they actually cared about my situation and never received push back, considering it was a nonrefundable booking.As for the hotel, it was clean, safe, comfortable, and a great location right off the freeway.

You can hear the steps from the upstairs floor, the hall way very loud, the elevator was dirty and the elevator carpet was torn. The room was clean, very outdated and the bathroom shower door water leaked all over the floor.

Staff was friendly at the check in. Clean rooms.

The location of this hotel was ideal for what we needed. It was also convenient that Starbucks and a gas station was in the same parking lot. Breakfast was pretty good and there was enough variety. We also got a to-go breakfast bag on the day we checked out since we left early. I really appreciate that they do this because it's helpful when you need to get on the road. The condition of the hotel seems a little run down. It might just be the age of the place in combination with the style of it. The carpet in the room seemed dirty, and it was hard to tell if it was just because it was old or if it really was dirty. Check-in wasn't the best experience. The staff member had no smile on her face but got us checked in quickly enough. It would have been nice to be told what time breakfast was, but she didn't even mention it or what the internet log in might be. The staff the following day was more helpful when we asked for our room to be cleaned. They do not routinely clean your room unless you ask. She put us on the list and radioed someone to add us to their list as well. Our room was cleaned, garbages emptied and new towels were in our bathroom when we got back at the end of the day. The garbage cans are pretty small and overflow pretty quickly, and they didn't have any recycle bins in the rooms or in the lobby. Overall, it was a pretty good hotel to stay at. It wasn't super noisy despite being close to a busy street.

Stayed the night before surgery. Had a very comfortable and quiet evening. Staff very friendly.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and safe feeling. The rooms were comfy and ultra clean. The air conditioning was fantastic. All good :)

Stopped here for a good nights sleep. Very clean and great front desk employees. So far so good

We had a a terrible check in experience. The staff member checking us in was new, and we understand that training is important, but not at the expense of your customers experience. She was extremely slow to check us in, repeatedly asked the same questions, some times up to 3 times and then forgot swipe and activate our key cards.for both rooms so we had to back downstairs after checking in. She was unapologetic about not activating the cards and told us we probably put them too close to our cell phones. A simple apology would have sufficed.

The breakfast was nice and with plenty of options.

The location of this property was ideally situated for our business travel needs. Short drive to "downtown" Lodi with an abundance of restaurants. Staff was very accommodating. Room was simply but comfortably appointed. They are pet friendly which was a plus for us as we were traveling with our furry friend!

Lovely stay, yum breakfast, kids loved the hotel. Only comment would be pool could be cleaner - the rest of facilities very clean though.
