The location was perfect for us; an easy walk to the beach and convenient to northern NH and southern ME sites. The property was clean and everything was as advertised and true to pictures. All necessary instructions were clear and easy to follow. We especially liked the full, well-stocked kitchen. Very friendly, relaxed vibe from owners.

There was nothing we did not like. To nitpick in order to fill out this form realistically: the furniture could stand to be updated, but was certainly adequate - especially for a beach-side cottage. No complaints!

Quite road. I could see the ocean from the house.

My son said his bed was not comfortable. Water pressure wasn’t that great
