Interaction with Guests: Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed, under 20lbs each with a maximum of two. Approval in writing and $250 fee per pet is required. Bringing a pet onto the property without approval is terms for removal without refund and up to $1,500 in fines. Service Animals are exempt from this policy. Service Animals are animals which provide a service to their owners, for example seeing eye dogs. These pets are identified as needing to be with their owners at all times, as the service they provide is necessary for the healthcare of their owners. They are never left alone and do not bark. Emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals. Unfortunately, cats are not welcome under any circumstances, as many guests have severe allergies. Violators will be charged up to $1,000 and asked to leave without refund. Disturbing the peace is not tolerated. I will ask violators to leave without refund. No parties with outside guests are allowed. All guests must be included on the guest count for your reservation. No more than 21 people are allowed in the house. Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM.
