Welcome to your retreat in the heart of Ellicottville. We invite you to enjoy this magical ski town where music, bars, and restaurants are woven into the fabric of the street scenes within walking distance of our house. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house has a back deck with a hot tub and gas BBQ. A fully stocked kitchen includes a microwave, coffee maker, and toaster oven. A flat-screen TV with ROKU gives you access to our Netflix & Amazon accounts. This is a legal, licensed rental RENTAL2020-00002 The house was built in the 1890s and we’ve lovingly updated it over the last 15 years. Adding the deck with a hot tub is one of our favorite upgrades. Everyone who stays here loves that you are so close to town you can walk. Make sure to pick up a local paper because there is something happening nearly every weekend. Biking and hiking are right out the front door. If You love skiing it’s only a 5-minute drive to Holiday Valley and Holimont. The kitchen is fully stocked and also has a coffeemaker, toaster oven, and microwave. We provide coffee and tea. There is a washer and dryer. We have Roku and you can access our Netflix and Amazon accounts. We have high-speed internet wifi. Please note the bed configuration. There are three bedrooms. One bedroom is located on the ground floor with a queen bed The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds, and the third bedroom is a queen bed. Lastly, there is a fold-out couch in the living room and a single bed on the sleeping porch. The sleeping porch has a portable heater which keeps it toasty. Fresh sheets and towels are provided. The driveway has ample room to park 3-4 cars. Our backyard has an outdoor lounging area with a fire pit. the deck has a gas grill adjoining the hot tub. (We put the deck furniture away in the winter). We provide fresh towels and sheets. Also, the bathrooms are stocked with toilet paper, body wash, and shampoo. This house has everything you need for a wonderful time away and we look forward to welcoming you.
