This was our first trip from the midwest to Florida during the winter in search of sun and warmth! Friends recommended Dunedin. It is a lovely small town (cute perhaps) and is not as congested as places south. Cook Cottage served us well. It is well appointed and really fits two adults well. The best part is the location. You can walk to town or the bay from there easily. We'd recommend this warmly.

Great stay. Cottage was clean and had everything we needed. Location couldn’t be any better for walking around, getting to the trail, and many restaurants nearby. Will be back! Thank you again :)

We had the pleasure of staying at The Cook Cottage for 2 weeks. We met the owner Jennifer and she was lovely as were our accommodations. The bed was most comfortable. The cottage is adorable and had everything that you would need while on vacation. I appreciated that there were beach supplies for the many days we spent going to Honeymoon Island. Plus you can't beat the location. You can walk to the many shops, restaurants and breweries. The sunsets down by the marina are spectacular - grab a drink at the Bon Appetite bar and enjoy the beauty. Discovered some new places to eat this year. Check out Mangos and Marley. Their food is very tasty and my hubby found the beer list to be awesome. Graham, the owner, is very personable and comes out and speaks with his patrons. The Restorative restaurant never disappoints (make a reservation) Visited The Honu this trip. Reminded us of our time in Hawaii. Great island vibes at The Tiki bar. Sunsets are also lovely at The Rooftop Bar at The Fenway Hotel I loved our time in Dunedin and The Cook Cottage. See you next time...

Wonderfully private and quiet guest cottage within walking distance to all the amenities of downtown Dunedin, only 1 to 2 blocks away. The cottage was a great place for our extended stay with a fully functional and modern kitchen, bathroom / shower, A/C and laundry facilities. Local walking/biking trails were great, as well as the numerous restaurants and microbreweries, again all within easy walking distance. Jennifer (host) was great to coordinate with and we would highly recommend the Cook Cottage to anyone planning a trip to Dunedin!!

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful cottage. We absolutely hand a wonderful time. Everything was so clean and organized and you guys really thought of everything a guest could possibly need for a beach vacation. Thank you for allowing our dog he had a great time at all the breweries around town and on Honeymoon Beach. My wife and I really enjoyed the golf cart and used it to go down to the park for sunset every night. We really wanted to try the bikes on the trail but it was just to hot this time. We will for sure be staying here again. Five Star Rating for sure from us. Thank you again for making our vacation one to remember. Sincerely, Andy & Jennifer
