It is conveniently located just 10 minutes from old Magnolia and Tomball and about 20 minutes from The Woodlands and the Texas Rennesainse Festival. There are a lot of shopping and dining options nearby including a weekly Farmer's Market in Old Tomball. The kitchen has all your cooking essentials. The laundry room is located in the walk-through closet adjoining the bathroom. The patio is spacious (10x20') and includes a table and chairs with an additional 2 Adirondack chairs for relaxing. There is a detached three-bedroom home that shares a driveway and some backyard space; there is a partial privacy fence that divides the outdoor dining areas (both dwellings have their own deck/patio). If you need anything during your stay we will do our best to accommodate you as we are nearby. The neighborhood is small and consists of one street approx. 1 mile long. Since it is located on a dead-end street it is quiet and without a lot of traffic.
