Set on a quiet cul-de-sac, only a 3-minute walk to the Deschutes River, close to woodlands golf course and minutes from Sunriver’s most desired walking/riding path, it is a place where kids and adults can run free and play. With 5 bedrooms (including 3 Master suites) and 5 full baths it provides a relaxing retreat for up to 14 people. Beautiful and picturesque Cardinal bridge is less than a 10-minute walk down the path which follows the river near the house. Relax and spend your vacation at Sunriver in a large, desirable home that has plenty of room for your whole family! Our home boasts a large living room, generous dining room and abundant kitchen upstairs; as well as a spacious family/game room downstairs. You will get to enjoy 12 complimentary SHARC passes, whole house zoned A/C, private hot tub, arcade games, ping-pong, air hockey and foosball as well as bicycles of all sizes, kayaks (seasonal), and sports equipment for the park. The space On the lower floor you are greeted with a slate entry and the family game room with arcade games, wet -bar, abundant seating, a Queen Hide-a-bed and big screen TV. Further in are the bunk room, with 2 sets of twin bunks, and two King bedroom suites each with a private bathroom. The hot tub is accessed through the hallway or also from the stairs on the deck above. Upstairs you’ll love the grand living room with soaring vaulted ceilings, large gas fireplace, big screen TV with surround sound system, and floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows with peek-a-boo views of the river and the buttes. The large kitchen is every chef’s dream come true. With 2 separate ovens and 2 dishwashers as well as miles of prep space it provides all of the room you will need to prepare and serve that large family meal. The dining room will also provide plenty of room for seating your whole family for that special get together. The grand master and a second King bedroom are also located on the main level. The spacious and private grand master bedroom includes a sitting chair and a gorgeous master bathroom with jetted tub and large walk-in shower. Additionally, there is a full laundry room and a garage with foosball, ping-pong, Air hockey and plenty of places to store your essentials and adventuring gear. The house is fully air conditioned and includes many essentials to make your stay enjoyable. Such as: • (6) Flat screen TV's, each with Cable • Well stocked Kitchen with 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, abundant cookware and utensils. • Appliances including Keurig Coffee maker (With pods), Microwave, Crockpot(s), Instantpot, Griddle, Toaster, and more. • (6) cell phone charging bank (USB-C, Micro USB, and Apple) • Pack'n'play, high chair, and baby gates • Toiletries - Including shampoo, soap and handsoap. • Board games and puzzles Kids and adults will find river walk near the house to be exciting to discover, adventure and play. Guest access You'll have full access to the entire house and also the garage which has Air Hockey, ping pong, foosball, and the Bicycles. Excellent house layout. Every room has a bathroom. Homeowner even decorated for season. Big kitchen with top tier appliances. Outdoor hot tub but very private. Large flat screen tvs in every room. Well kept high end home. Not your average rental. This one is very special.

If can give a higher rating than a 5 I would. Anthony was the perfect host and quick to respond to questions and accommodating. A very clean place with ample supplies. The house had so much room for a group of 12 and very kid friendly. Close to the village yet you felt a part of the country. We hope to return next year. ❤️

The home is large. It is great that each bedroom has a bathroom. Kitchen is well stocked. One minor complaint is that a lot of the doors were very squeaky/loud. I know it seems silly but it made it tricky to get into and out of rooms early in the morning or late at night without waking others. Also minor, but a meat thermometer would be a great kitchen addition. Great location near the River. Beautiful little path nearby. Again, Great space. Kids loved all the games and fun stuff. Bunk room was fun for cousins who don’t get to see each other often to make memories in.

This house 5 bedrooms, 3 of which are on ensuite, and the other two rooms have large bathrooms right next door. This works perfectly for larger groups so that all adult couples get their own room/bathroom. The house is well supplied, very clean, and has everything you need for a fun, comfortable stay. Anthony is a great host and quick to respond to messages. Our group will definitely consider staying at this house again. The home is about 3 miles to the village/Sharc and about 2 miles to Fort Rock park. However, it is extremely close to the river and the bridge.

Beautiful house with lots of extra goodies like video games for our teenagers, a great location near the river, and Anthony was a perfect host. Our family of nine fit in easily with no feeling of crowding!

Can’t say enough great things about this place! It had everything you could need and more! The hosts were amazing! We arrived earlier than we had expected due to the weather and they were able to accommodate us arriving a little early! And very responsive. I also thought we had left something at the house and they went out of their way to double check!! We were in town celebrating my mom’s 70th birthday party. Everything was wonderful & everybody really enjoyed the house! We will definitely be back!

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood that is close to Sunriver amenities. The house is perfect for multiple ages, the downstairs is great for kids of all ages, the hot tub is large and right out the back door (it was cold while we were there) with lots of towels, the garage has air hockey and basketball as well as many bicycles and a sled and saucer. The upstairs has a comfortable living space with gas fireplace and a large kitchen with two dishwashers (our favorite!), two ovens (one is very large) and labels on all the drawers and cabinets that saved so much guesswork. There were more than enough dishes, silverware, cups and glasses, as well as coooking and serving bowls, cookie sheets, etc. There are lots of small appliances but the Keurig got the most use. It is dual, makes a pot as well as individual cups. Pods and coffee are included. All the rooms are comfortable and large. The pictures really don't do it justice. The bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner and bodywash, hand soap and kleenex. Check in was incredibly easy and communication was timely and helpful. The owner was very concerned that we feel at home and we did. There were 10 of us and we had plenty of room to spread out, but we could all be together and not feel cramped. Check out was quick and easy. We had a wonderful Christmas stay thanks to Anthony and his lovely home!
