Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 150 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We booked this place to have a weekend with friends. Overall the place was great with an amazing backyard. Some of the reviews on this house seemed a little unfair and out of control of the host. Centrally located to pretty much everything in Chandler and great for a weekend away.

This house was very clean and had everything our family needed. Upon our arrival, the backyard was disgustingly dirty. We spent an hour and a half cleaning out the pool and there was large amounts of bird poop all over the entire backyard. By the basketball, courts, by the fire pits, up on the pickle ball court, and all over the cushions of the patio furniture. It was clear the backyard had not been cleaned in quite awhile. Vacasa Customer Service was very prompt in responding to my frustrations, by saying they would be in touch with local property managers. We arrived on Wednesday and nobody showed up to help us with anything until Sunday morning. The air conditioning stayed at around 82° and would never go lower than that during the day. We did complain several times about the only umbrella being broken and finally 4 days after our stay, they replaced it. I would never ever rent again from anyone under this property management. The owners should know they have a great property with lots of things to do for kids, however, if they continue to use Vacasa as a rental property, they are going to lose business. It was disappointing, and I voiced us several times to the Vacasa’s customer service, and yet they continue to do nothing about it.

The property was beautiful and in great condition. Unfortunately, we were planning on a vacation full of swimming. However, the pool was not heated and was too frigid to stay in. Before arrival, the management company pushed me an app to manage our stay. I know that sometimes places require you to pay more for a heated pool so I looked in THEIR app and it listed both “heated pool” with no further instructions and “pool” which when clicked on only said “private pool”. So we called and email the day we arrived and got automated texts back and a call center that just kept insisting that any pool heating required 72 hours notice before check in. We said we would pay for the full stay knowing it would take a day or two to heat up but they refused. Then the night before we left the heat started (either turned on remotely or someone entered the property without notifying us) and was comfortable to the touch as we were leaving. We picked this place for the pool and the fact that it was unusable and the management company was utterly useless was incredible frustrating. I will never rent from a Vacasa owned property again.

Our family enjoyed all this house had to offer. With teens/young adults it was great to have ping pong, a hot tub, Pickleball, corn hole, putting green and plenty of space for everyone to sleep and relax. Conveniently located to Phoenix, Scottsdale, hiking, mountains, shopping and food.

This property makes the most of the backyard space. It was like staying in our own private resort for 4 days. This was a great place to celebrate Christmas with my family visiting from out of state, and it was close to home, so we could take care of our pets or fetch something we forgot. The kitchen was well equipped to cook our holiday meals, and there are some basic spices and ingredients that people have left behind for use. I would definitely recommend staying in this beautiful house!
