Great hotel and unbelievable staff! Everyone from check-in, to housekeeping, to breakfast was wonderful! Definitely top on my list for my next Boulder trip!

All good. Friendly staff and coffee each morning

The lack of amenities makes the hotel average: parking separate from hotel, no room service or restaurant despite there being a picture of “specials” in the room, and room cleaning has to be requested (which you aren’t informed of when you check in). The staff themselves are what keeps it from being only 2 stars. They were friendly and helpful.

Gentlemen that checked us in was extremely accommodating when I asked about handicap parking options.

Loved how welcoming everyone was to my dog. Thanks for being dog-friendly.

The person at check-in was so rude but everyone else was so nice and welcoming.

Very disappointing stay. I discovered the shower gel bottle was broken, called down at 6:30am to get assistance with it and was told they could get that taken care of when housekeeping was available between 4-8 pm. I was offered shower gel samples if I would come down and get them. The shower was dirty with hair and the room was in desperate need of a deep cleaning. The only redeeming quality was the freshly baked Chocolate Chip Cookies at the front desk.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly and all members go above and beyond to meet requests and accommodations. For instance, we were missing a lightbulb innonw of the lamps and the technician, Martin, provided excelente and quick service. The location is great. We walked to the Pearl Street Mall/downtown shopping area. It's easy and takes about 20 minutes. We also walked back to our hotel from CU Boulder. Both walks are doable and easy.

The room was smelling as bathroom vent was not working. The air circulation was not there. The breakfast had very little options and quality of food was bad. The I stayed in three different Hyatt hotels during my trip, this is by far the worst. By exterior it looked new, but inside the room it felt old building. The Hyatt ambience was totally missing.

The gentleman who checked us in was wonderful. He gave us close by dinner suggestions that were spot on! The breakfast was really good.

Great stay with my kids. Pool and hot tub were awesome!

I thought my room was nice and spacious. I was very disappointed at check in that I was not able to get a room until after the check in time of 3:00 and the front desk gentleman was very rude stating how busy they were, almost at capacity, and my room hadn’t been cleaned yet. They finally found another room. Also disappointed in parking situation, having to go outside to get in and out of hotel. Glad I didn’t have a lot of stuff to tote and glad the weather wasn’t horrible. Would have been nice to have a better situation to park car for check-in especially since I couldn’t check in until after the check in time.

A lot more homeless people around than when I last stayed there. Also I wasn’t pleased with the room. The sink backed up. The room itself faces a dirty roof surface so no nice view. I’d say average but I’ll stay somewhere else next time.

I was suprised by no room cleaning. None. For 3 nights. If you had to request it that was not made clear. There was a placard on the door you could put out if you DIDN'T want it but nothing that said you had to request it. Foe me, one of the joys of a hotel stay is a fresh made bed. A really nice hotel otherwise with great ammenities

No internet for the entire 3 days
Staff looked disheveled
We got water the first two days. The last day we were told it’s only for global members.
The room and entire hotel smelled bad
You need a new manager and staff at this location

The main downside: no free parking lot ($25 per day city lot around the corner) which I wasn't expecting.
The room was nice. The front desk was friendly & helpful. There was only one person on duty, but no like for check-in or anything, just a small wait to fix minor requests (which wasn't a problem for me).
My room was missing towels up on arrival, but was easily / generously fixed - they happily gave me as many as I needed and offered even more.
The indoor pool was fun & clean with plentiful tables and chairs to put personal belongings, & was a great feature to have access to during our winter visit.
The place/furniture didn't feel especially fancy, but felt clean, comfortable, pleasant & had useful touches.
Overall very happy with my choice. The price was great, and the location was very close to everything we needed.

The first night was bad as the blinds would not go down but they fixed them the next day. The bathroom walls by the sink need to be wiped down. There was toothpaste on the wall on one side and I could see water splashes on the opposite wall. Made me wonder what else wasn’t clean.
I was happy to see there was a dairy free option for milk/cream. Also gluten free options. Appreciate that!
Overall a good stay. Thank you.

Nice place, but they don’t have parking and will charge an additional $25 for you to park in the structure down the block

Only complaint is laundry machines are coin operated, but even that is a minor inconvenience

Wished for free parking, but the available parking was convenient and at the going rate.

Couldn’t get a hold of the property for over six hours. Luckily I booked with Expedia because they are helping me do the work. I bought insurance and wasn’t able to make it due to a snowstorm today and wanted to cancel or book it for a different time however neither Expedia or myself could get a hold of them today. Thank thank you Expedia for helping me continue to resolve this problem.

I left my laptop in the room when I checked out, remembered about an hour later and about had a panic attack thinking the worst. Called and talked to Ethan, he quickly went up to the room and recovered it, I was so relieved! Great honest service!

Our room for 3 was spacious but website detailed it was close to pearl street shops ….it is a bit of a walk which was disappointing . I was not happy with the fact it was $25 to park in lot behind hotel . Street parking was free from 7 pm to 9 am , was lucky to find a spot on street . Breakfast was very good , eggs, sausage, french toast and a variety of hot and cold cereals . Not sure i would stay here again for the parking situation and not being in the heart of pearl street shops .

My husband and I stayed over the new year holiday weekend for 4 nights. The staff at the hotel are friendly and mostly mean well but the hotel itself has quite a few opportunities. The pillows in our room were hands down the least comfortable pillows I’ve ever used in my entire life. That is no exaggeration, in fact we are pretty sure the built up dander in these pillows over what seems like 10+ years, is what caused my husband to get sick after the second night here, with allergies and sensitivities to his skin where it came in contact with the pillows. They are hard as rocks and just about ruined any chance of getting restful sleep. The hotel ran out of soap day one and didn’t provide any to guests at check in or upon request until staff was informed that the department of health would be notified about it considering the establishment serves breakfast daily and has a fully functioning restaurant as well. Overall, our suggestion is to stay elsewhere. This hotel isn’t even close to pearl street mall and is really quite bare as far as local attractions within easy walking distance. A 1.5 mile walk to Pearl Street Mall. Sure, we saved maybe $100 by staying here due to a lower room cost than other hotels in Boulder, but we surely made up for it in our lackluster experience.

They had ran out of soap for the rooms on New Year’s Eve. I have a hard time seeing how a hotel was so Ill prepared for a busy day like new years. The staff also seemed like they were over it and didn’t want to be there. I get it but you still have to do your job. The lady in charge of breakfast was rude and rushing us.

Very nice Hotel. Parking is a but high at $25 a night.

Amazing place, very well maintained. Clean and comfortable. We stayed for 3 days and during our stay we had no soap or supplies. We were told they were expecting a truck with supplies but it never arrived during our stay.

I had a frustrating check in and was disappointed with the room conditions. I had reserved an accessible king with a bathtub and was given a room that lacked one of the window shades - the one that lets in light. I asked to switch to another room with a bathtub and was assured my new room would have one but when I got there it had only a shower and the desk lamp did not work . Also I learned that the minuscule room I was given during my previous stay was unusually small compared to these 2 rooms. In addition, I was told most rooms have bathtubs but I experienced 2 stays with no bathtub and I’m upset because I wanted and expected tubs.

No parking unless you pay $25 to park in garage and there is never any parking on side street or the loading area.. hotel room came with a dirty pillow and blanket that had someone elses hair attached to it, fridge didnt work and it also didnt come with a ice bucket..
Daughter went downstairs to buy a soda with her debit card and the guy was super frustrated with her that she wanted to use her own money to buy it instead of charging to room..
Wouldnt stay here again at all..
