Check in was a bit hectic and the kiosk they push you to wouldn't read my ID, so I had to get back in line for the desk.
The "upgrade" we chose had a pool view, which literally looked like we were at the pool. And you can see in the windows so we might as well have been outside. The room was small for an "upgrade" so I'm scared to know what the normal deluxe two queen beds room would have been like. And it never seemed to cool down, even with the air cranked down to 64.
All of the staff we encountered were nice and ready to help with anything we needed, and the casino was clean and fun.
The garage floods FYI. So if you park or ride-share, just be aware. It can be forced to close and you can't get in or out.

It was pretty good overall. Wish they provided some more amenities like slippers, more trash cans (there was only one in the washroom..)

This was our first time staying at the Linq and is now our official spot to stay. Location is perfect in middle of strip. Only negative was hot water was warm not hot but could've just been a bad day. We loved the Linq and will be back soon.

Horrible stay. The room and water, every time I showered smelled like mildew. The furniture wasn’t wiped down well, still had splatter of food stains in certain places. The battery to the door lock broke and I was locked out of my room for 45 mins waiting on maintenance. There’s no room service delivery, you have to pick up your own food.

The price vs. quality (location) is great. Rooms are ok, but pretty basic. The check-in process is not the smoothest one. The check-in machines do not support international passports/IDs, and the lobby is getting crowded. Check-out is automated and works well; no queuing is needed.
Pay attention that the free Wi-Fi allows only two devices, and the devices can't be changed after logging in to Wi-Fi. I asked, and the answer was that "no can do," so you have to pay 13€/day for an additional device.

Casino / outside looks good. But as soon as you go up the elevator it’s all down hill from there. Dark hallways out of a slasher film led us to a cramped room with zero working plug ins, a hair dryer that worked when it wanted to (it would work then stop then go high then low in a constant interval) the light above the shower didn’t work when the switch was on BUT it flickered constantly with the switch off?! Zero and I mean zero sound proofing, to the point we could hear foot steps in the hallway and people moving in the next rooms and let’s face it, it’s Vegas and people are up all night. Also a first for any hotel was the sheet being put on over the comforter! Will not return for a stay, we didn’t expect much for the price but we’ve had better stays in a red roof inn.

During a 3-night stay, the cost of our 1st night was considerably more than the other 2 because we decided to come to Vegas a day earlier after my original booking. Since LINQ is a Caesar resort, I had high expectations. Instead, we had very sluggish shower & sink plumbing (the sink drain stopper was filthy), some non-working outlets and switches, a TV remote with problems, no way of warming up leftovers since the room had no microwave, a dull window view with a barrier-less ledge, an added daily resort fee, etc. This was my third visit to Vegas and I will be sure to avoid choosing The LINQ in the future.

all in all good, right in the middle of action, high roller, monorail,
check in machines broke in middle of transaction, line became a block long.
parking lot elevator broke first day and was out the next three days

I would imagine that in your average slow weekday, this is a $59 hotel, sadly I came in for a convention and paid 6X that per night. The room is profoundly basic, your closet hudes behind a curtain, there is no furniture aaide from a chair. The desk/table is nothing more than a long laminate counter/ledge mounted to one wall. When I arrived, the toilet had urine in it, the bed was partially made and the room was warm. I tried to wash my hands but the soap dispenser was broken. One of the bed sagged deep in the middle. The shower was great, but the towels were so thin you could see through spots. I could have stayed at a much better property for less and ubered to the event daily for less. I ate on property twice, the breakfast pizza by the Cake Boss was wirth while, the mexican food in their restaurant not so much.

Amazing stay!!! Great location and the hotel is very clean. Staff is very nice and polite.

The room was clean but there was some wear and tear.
Our window curtain stayed closed because our view was of a bunch of equipment and the room was noisy since we were so close to said equipment.
When we originally checked in we were offered a pool view for more money - it would have been nice to know what our current view was and we would have upgraded.
The staff was very friendly!

The room was exactly what we needed for a 1 night stay.
The shower curtain had a mildew smell. Shower had some mold present and the bsthroom amenities were empty. There wasnt any shampoo, comditioner or bodywash.

No refrigerator or microwave in my room. The bathroom sink was clogged and shower water pressure was low. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Our room was not up to standard, when it came to cleanliness. Obviously dirty walls, floor, and bathroom. The lights in the bathroom were not in proper working order, but could *still* see the dirty tile. Can not stress enough how much the cleanliness was an issue. We even asked for it to be cleaned during our stay, but it wasn’t. Linens were subpar. Bed was tolerable but not comfortable. The only benefit of booking here is the location on the strip, but there are better choices nearby.

You always get what you pay for. The hotel is fine - clearly it has been around a while. The room wasn't clean, which is the minimum I would've expected. Also the policy requiring additional payment to check in even 45 minutes early is silly. It created a massive flux of people all trying to check-in at 3:30 - doesn't make sense.

Excellent room for the price. Friendly courteous staff. Overall very positive stay.

House keeping did an extremely poor job. Both managers on duty did a poor job at resolving issue or caring. Housekeeping came to room and reused sheets from our night before which had blood on them. (Cut foot). Spoke to a manager named Christina and she did not have a legit reason as to why Housekeeping would do that. I took a video and images, which shows the blood dey stains on white sheets. Very noticeable! No excuse! Will not stay here again for that matter. Poor service Do Better!

We asked to have room cleaned daily. Only 1st of 4 nights cleaned. Day of 11 am check out, cleaner knocking on door at 9:30

This isn’t a hotel, it’s a vending machine. The actual room was nothing fancy, but fine, but the rest can eat an eggplant emoji. Impersonal computers greet you at the “front desk.” Maybe they call it the Linq because it’s a series of parts that don’t fit somehow joined together. And WHY WAS WATER FLOODING OUT OF THE HOTEL DRIVEWAY ALL THREE DAYS OF OUR STAY? Maybe they should call it the Leak. The casino and lobby are new and already in need of a remodel. They charge extra for anything. Parking, resort fee (no resort) early check in, late check out… I would never stay here again. I’ll get more for my money elsewhere.

Under then having almost two hour wait in line to check in due to the kiosk being down everything was great .

There was no power for over 2 hours. When I called to let them know the first time they hung up and the second time they just said they didn’t know when it was gonna be fixed.

Coming in for a Sphere show and the Linq was so close! The walk over was easy. Aesthetically the look is modern. Early checkin for a fee. Front of house was friendly and efficient. Room 6122 was clean and we were on the side where car service picked up so the horns bounced off the alley walls. If you’re a late sleeper, this side may not suit your sleep schedule. We never made it to the pool area nor did we have the room serviced during the short stay. Restaurant Row is behind the hotel. The ginormous entry to the observation wheel is right there too! Check out was quick using their electronic process. For the location, price, cleanliness and customer service, I would absolutely book here again.

Had a great stay. Check in was a little rough due to having to wait for room. Overall view, room, casino were great.

WiFi didn’t work (despite a $50/day resort fee), bathroom power tripped when we turned the light off, shower didn’t drain properly, no fridge unless you pay $20/day, and the queen beds were not standard queens, but “hotel queens” that are so significantly smaller that we thought we’d been put in the wrong room, and then guest services people on the phone were useless.

Worst experience ever, never again!!

It was horrible. Dirty , loud

My room was a little disappointing. There were clumps of hair (not mine) on the floor under the table between the beds and someone mixed the container labels in the restroom. For example, the hand soap box was labeled in the shower and the body wash was labeled by the sink. Also, the sink drained VERY SLOWLY and should have been noticed by housekeeping when and if they cleaned the sink.

Hotel was just ok.. We got there a couple hours before check in & they said it would be $50 if we wanted to check in then. Screw that! We had the bell desk hold our luggage, went out to lunch, walked around a little bit and came back. Checked in without paying an extra $50 basically for nothing. Pool area was small & jam packed when we tried to go in the afternoon. Good location, that about it.

Hotel room was dirty.

I loved the location of the Linq with the Promenade right outside the hotel and lots of restaurants and bars you could walk to quite easily. Also very walkable to the Sphere and the High Roller. However, the whole pool experience was terrible. All of the space around the pool is taken up by daybeds that you can rent for a small fortune, leaving just a couple dozen lounge chairs at no cost. However, there are so few of them and the fact that they let people who aren't staying at the hotel go to the pool means that it is extremely difficult to get a lounge chair. Also, NONE of the lounge chairs had umbrellas. Only the expensive daybeds have those. Finally, the DJ and music was so loud it was extremely difficult to have a conversation. Long story short, don't stay here if you want a relaxing day sitting by the pool that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

Overall stay was good. Rooms are basic and clean but not enough counter space to place your belongings. Hotel location is good with several amenities nearby.

The phone doesn’t work, the exhaust fan in bathroom doesn’t work, there was a wet spot on the carpet (that’s how we found out the phone in our room doesn’t work). Called the front desk via cellphone and told them about our issues but no one ever came in to address the problems

I've stayed at the LINQ before because it has an easy to access parking garage off of Koval away from the busy Strip entrance for the property. LINQ has a monorail station and is in the middle of the north and south ends of the Strip which makes this place one stop away using the monorail to reach the Las Vegas Convention Center.
The property has 2 types of coffee bars (Dunkin Donuts and their house brand) for a quick breakfast and coffee before an event.
The LINQ promenade shops and restaurants leading into the High Roller gives options for dining that is walking distance, affordable and a variety.
The room: I always opt for District 3 because it's quieter. One stay, the room was a dump and no refrigerator, microwave or coffee maker.
This stay, the room was clean but the bathroom had black mold, tepid shower temp and low flow. This room had a mini fridge. No coffee maker or microwave.
I travel for work and really need the coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge.
In my experience, I like the LINQ for when I am working or attending the LVCC because it's convenient to park, monorail, affordable eats, and a quasi decent room.
I would not choose this property for my family or a holiday.

Big hotel easy to get around. The hotel bed were worn out and the sheets smelled like smoke. We picked a non-smoking room.
Check in machine were easy to use after explanation.

great location for everything

This hotel definitely has a very good location however, walking into the complex where you will be directed into so many different hotels and restaurant can be quite overwhelming. Be aware that there are three different entrance to this hotel, and only one exit.
The hotel comes with very little essentials for the room. We could not even find a plastic cup to brush our teeth not to mention drinking, wear or sleepers., giving the price we paid for those hotel, which is close to $200 for one night I would definitely not recommended it’s overpriced.
