I was super disappointed that no where did it say no hot tub or pool because we had 3 teens with us who wanted to swim on their vacation.. over $200 for just sleeping?

Well, this hotel is in a very nice location and the service was ok. Housekeeping was nonexistent during my stay. I had to call them for service one day and waited for about an hour so someone could take the trash out and remove the used towels. Other than my last day of the stay I didn’t get a knock on my door for service. If I hadn’t called I’m pretty sure I would’ve received clean towels during my stay. Breakfast is ok, nothing outstanding. Fake scrambled eggs, hash browns, oatmeal… ok quality. There was a gentleman who was very professional at the desk and everyone else was ok. Paid for a late check out and was given one price and charged other during check out (taxes and fees added on top of that). Just give me the bullet once, it’s X amount plus taxes totaling X. Just few things that can be taken care of with training.

Pros: The hotel was clean and front desk staff friendly. Cons: The hotel is in a budget condo building. The entrance to the hotel is a lobby where a bodega is located and folk from the street sometimes congregated. You have to take an elevator to the 4th floor for the hotel. The furnishings are dated ( think 1990’s), but clean. There are no food options after breakfast but a bar that serves buffalo wings and burgers. Noise on my floor ( pounding music, screaming) kept me up all night my second night there. Could not recommend

First off make sure to save $35 a night for parking Its not included in price of room! My room was Discusting. The windows were full of bird phiseas, hard to see out of and when you get high floor city view suite your surrounded by building within 10 feet (city view). The room had food on wall with bugies and finger prints on everything so was not cleaned thoroughly. I asked for refund but was told the could upgrade me to a king sweet and send a cleaning person to make sure it's clean! To our surprise at 11pm after all day at hospital for my very sick dad got Uber to hotel asked front desk where our new room was located they say you are in the same room! So was lied too and room was not even cleaned and 2 hot tubs shown are shut down for unexpected time will never stay here again don't trust the 8.6 stars reviews from the locals and there kids free rooms to give a great review is what another guest says happens hope you have a better stay somewhere better then this I would give it a 3 about as good as a super 8 hotel you have been warned ⚠️

The Hyatt was a gem! It was a modern, clean hotel with free breakfast and a nice pool room with two hot tubs! The room was huge and was perfect for our family of four. We would definitely stay again!

Hotel is generous with space you are given in the rooms..however, bathroom door wouldn't close or lock. But that is not the worst thing. I went to take a shower in the morning, stepped in and slipped amd hit my hip, jaw, neck and head, absolutely no grips in the shower! Might need to contact a lawyer in case of issues..

This was the worst experience I have ever had. We got their at 10 to try and check in but there was an early check in fee which was fine so we came back after our event to check in and they GAVE OUR ROOM AWAY! we had booked a suite to accommodate for the 5 of us. They would not give us a room said they over booked and then just gave ours away. waited until we got there the second time to tell us. The lobby was full of people smoking weed. We didn't even get a full refund. They relocated us to a different hotel where we did not get a suite to fit all 5 of us and they could not get us 2 rooms so all 5 of us had to cram into a small room ending up with some of us sleeping on the floor.

The room I stayed in the bed was uncomfortable. I placed a room deposit left the room in immaculate condition and didn’t get my deposit back. It’s been 2 months now.

Our room was on the 4th floor and the lobby below us was extremely loud well past 11pm on a Sunday night. We had two small children with us that struggled to sleep. I would have thought that a quiet time after 10pm would have been enforced. We stayed Sunday-Thursday night and the room was only cleaned once, after we requested it be cleaned several times. We had to ask the front desk again when we came back Thursday afternoon and it was still not cleaned. The rooms could use their own microwaves.

My bed was broken half it was on the floor my fridge wasn’t working I have been here before and my room was perfectly fine but this time was different but the pool and breakfast was amazing parking was right there I love this place it’s my go too when I come out to the city’s hopefully they can fix some things

If it weren't for the friendly staff and excellent service, I would be giving this property a one-star. Our room was dirt. There were stains on the couch and all over the floors. We didn't have warm water to shower at the end of a long day. We had to wait until the morning to have warm water to shower, and we had several issues with our toilet not flushing.

This is a great property for business travelers. Everything was clean and well appointed. The staff were friendly and made my stay pleasant. The one downside is that there was not room service and downtown Minneapolis lacked late night food options.

The room had a wonderful layout and was clean. We did not have hot water. It was warm but not hot. We stayed for three days and never received room service. The trash pilled up. The breakfast was good and the ladies were wonderful.

We stayed here to attend a Vikings game. Proximity to US Bank Stadium is super. They provide an amazing breakfast bar with your stay!!

We did not get the room we paid for, upon arrival they informed us that someone else had an issue with their room so they gave them our room. They gave us 2 seperate rooms instead (we had a 2 bedroom suite) and one of the rooms was a handicap accessible room and the other room the shower did not work at all and was not usable (the water ran the whole stay and did not shut off/there was no handle to turn on/off so the water was shooting out of the wall) When confronting the front desk about this, they said it was fixed, even though it was not. They offered a new room the night before we left, at this point it was pointless to move rooms because we were leaving in less than 10 hours (only because I called them) The entire conversation with the front desk the lady we spoke with was rude and tried telling us that we did not have the suite originally, when I informed her I had the email and could show her I originally had the suite, she said oh okay, yes I see that now. They gave us 100 dollar credit for the rooms and told us we needed to use that credit prior to leaving (again already the night before leaving). When checking out I went to the front desk to ensure the bill was correct, to find out that the credit was not legit, they told us to contact hotels.com to get our credit because that is who we booked through, so the money we spent at the bar/restraunte we eneded up paying out of pocket and not using the credit we thought we had.

The hotel and room were nice but a few things dampened our stay. Firstly, the heated pool was apparently reopened the day before and was ice cold. One hot tub was broken and the other ice cold. Normally this wouldn’t have mattered, but we specifically chose to stay here for the hotel. Disappointment aside, this is a great location to stay for an NFL game. You can reach the stadium within 10 minutes completely inside using the skywalk. Parking, check in and check out were super easy.
