A great hotel in a great location. Walking distance to Healdsburg Plaza, shopping, restaurants. Chris the bartender in the Spoon bar is friendly and fun.

Really comfortable and stylish hotel in a perfect location. Staff was we,coming and professional. Room was large and had lots of natural light. Great little balcony. Would definitely stay here on a feature visit to Healdsburg.

Service was excellent. Friendly and eager to help staff. Room was nice with modern and simplistic design. Perfect location. Would definitely stay there again. Pillows were slightly too hard for my taste.

It’s a beautiful new hotel in an excellent location. But for the price point it’s missing a few basic amenities. There was no hair dryer in my room, and when I called the front desk there was no way to get one- they didn’t even think to check an empty room until I suggested it. There’s no usb outlet or easily accessible plug for a cell phone except for on the wall across from the foot of the bed- they even add a Bluetooth speaker to the room but it’s a usb plugin and there’s no way to plug it in. There is a coffee machine but now coffee. Water is easily accessible, but no ice. There’s no magnifying mirror or makeup mirror except for above the bathroom sink. There are major scratches on all the sinks and tile, and missing chunks of grout, making it feel much older and cheaper than the style and price point imply.

Was taken back on how nice the staff was- they were very accommodating, clean, and cannot get over the big tub offered in the room. Everyone was pleasant and is next to everything in the city. 5 star service and experience. It rained the whole time during my stay, but had the best time. Again, the staff was AMAZING! Went above and beyond my expectations.

Stay was nice, but way overpriced for $600+ a night. Check in was less than stellar. Man at desk did absolute minimum upon our check in, so this is our first exposure to the hotel. He just gave us the keys and explained nothing about where to go for the elevator, how breakfasts worked, hours for the restaurant etc. It was like a self check in process, almost.
Once in the suite, layout was unusual and light switches were in unusual layouts. We spent a great deal of time just trying to get the layout of the room, which was mildly irritating.
Room was clean and comfortable, but with the number of other hotels in the immediate vicinity I might reconsider staying here.

Location, cleanliness, staff, food, and beds were excellent. The only thing that was a bit of a struggle was the wifi. Healdsburg in general has terrible Verizon reception, so wifi is pivotal. If they can boost the signals, I'd give it a 10/10.

I was very disappointed by the room - specifically the bed. I had a 'king' bed that was clearly 2 twins pushed together which is usually fine, but each twin mattress was in terrible shape with a big slump in the middle. It was similar to a hammock. When pushed together there was an elevated ridge in the middle and 2 slumped down mattresses on either side. I've never seen anything like it! The room was very plain with one picture and mostly bare walls. Interior design and window coverings were poor. Floor coverings (area rugs) were minimal and the floors were cold.
The entry level, restaurant and garden are beautiful and well decorated. The food was good, but not great.
Overall very disappointing for the price, I would not return to the H2hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They printed maps for Yosemite. Continental breakfast had lots of options including fresh fruit. Housekeeping was great

Walkable location in town. Clean property with nice rooms and comfortable beds. Free bikes to cruise around town. Good lobby bar for pre dinner cocktail.

Fabulous hotel. Lovely staff, front desk very helpful. They have introduced valet parking which is very reasonably priced at $20 a night (I think, definitely wasn't more than that). Breakfast was inclusive, but there were also paid for options as well. All the food was very good. Wifi superb. Pool (which is outside) is quiet, and bigger than it looks in the photos.

There were blood stains on the sheets and stains on the pillowcases. The bathroom sink drained slow and had to be serviced.

This is a nice and modern hotel. It was comfortable and close to the plaza. The only thing I didnt like is that to get to the pool you have to go through the restaurant. I wished the pool had a different entrance. The pool is little but my husband and I were able to enjoy it.

We had an awesome stay! The bed was beyond comfortable and the room was perfect. I was disappointed to find random charges on my credit card when I got home that we didn’t make. Getting those removed took time and was annoying. Otherwise, it was a wonderful weekend.
