Not worth the price! Go other place skiing. Lifts very expensive, hotel and food as well. Horrible breakfast, not enough tables, lines to get in and food as if you are in the army… not ok for 650 a nigh

Overall very pleasant stay. Helpful staff, good breakfast included with the rate, convenient parking on site is also included.

staff was the most friendly out of ANY hotels that I have ever been to in the continental US. Resort felt luxurious and upscale. Breakfast could be better though, even though it looks like they tried their best. Please look up breakfast in european resorts - add more choices of eggs, egg whites, boiled eggs, etc. more salad and more fruit options would be a plus. Staff was seeking tips just for bringing in hot water.

My husband and I first time to Montana and we already are talking about our next trip to this resort! We loved it and had so much fun!

Really enjoyed staying right in the village. The convenience was amazing. The hot tub and pool were super nice.I loved that they provided robes which was great for going to and from the hot tub. I wasn't a big fan of the breakfast. I did not like the way it was set up.The food just wasn't that good. And even though our breakfast was included in our booking, we had to pay gratuity still for having someone bring beverages, and bring me the check that says complimentary and give them a tip. LOL.

We stayed at the Village for 2 nights and skied Big Sky, the stay was amazing , the room was very nice, very clean and the entire staff we met were so friendly! The staff helped us navigate everything from where to park, to where to eat, where to go to get on ski lifts. The skiing experience was the best it could be since mother nature has not helped with snow much due to El Nino, because of that only 3 lifts out of 21 were open. Not Big Sky's fault, they were out daily making snow, grooming, pushing snow and more runs and lifts will be opening probably I heard this week. Overall, we loved every minute of our first ski adventure this season and will be coming back next month when there is more snow and more opens up. It is such a big ski mountain that we really want to see more of it. There is a new tram , the Lone Peak which will be opening around Dec. 19th. and can hold 75 skiers or passengers possibly during there summer months.

This was my second time staying here for ski season opening weekend … and pretty sure this will always be how I open my season. An incredible resort and this is the perfect place to stay.

Beautiful resort!! Loved our stay

Everything is wonderful. Great breakfast, free lifting….the only thing is the mattress is not comfy due to the mattress.

Beautiful studio/room, clean, convenient, with a kitchen, comfortable bed and cozy cabin feeling. The breakfast which was included was amazing! Would recommend staying here. The mountain and surroundings is also beautiful.

We were thrilled at our stay at Big Sky Resort, Village Center! It was much more than we expected, a very high-end place with every convenience thought of. Extra nice and helpful staff, room extremely clean and the extras all taken great care to satisfy their guests. We felt we were living the life of the rich and famous without being either! We have already highly recommended it to others! Mike and Cathy Martin

Everything about this property is just amazing.

Expected more of a resort feel. Pool area very small and not appealing.

This was my favorite vacation spot. The only thing I did not like was the unloading and reloading of luggage in the parking lot to an employee vehicle to go the short distance to the hotel to unload again. Never the less, if charges remain good we will return for a longer stay.

The property is located wtihin a ski resort. The unit I stayed in was a unique studio very nicely appointed.
3.0
The room was very comfortable with the exception of the terrible mattress on the murphy bed. The mattress is only a foot off the floor and tilts toward the head the bed, terrible for 70 year olds.

A nice property, the “Wild West” decor was a bit over the top. Dining options were mediocre. Staff were helpful & friendly.

Beautiful hotel in perfect location for the winter. We were there in the summer and the tram was not in operation. Bummer. Bartender Henry was great! Food was good too

It was quite and the views were amazing, however I was not very happy about the dinning opposition's. Very few places to eat and feel comfortable. My husband and I were there for our anniversary and when we went to eat there were only 2 places to go. Although it was very beautiful there we will choose another destination next time.

We loved our stay at the Village Center. It’s a unique experience as the resort is isolated up in the mountains but they have restaurants, market, and shops and plenty of activities to choose from. The staff and cowboys are very nice and helpful and they would drive us to and from the town center which is about 20 minutes away.

The pull down bed was in bad condition. My body hurt so much each night that I was not able to sleep through one night without waking up because I was in so much pain and discomfort. The place is clean. Service can be slow but ok. Front desk didn't even tell us how much they were charging for the resort fee and such except for taking our credit card and processed it. Some people were helpful. The housekeeping crew seemed friendly and did their job to clean up our studio even our dishes in the sink (we thought we would do it when we returned from an outing).

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had. The customer service is outstanding. Everyone is helpful & very friendly. The hotel & room were beautiful, comfortable & perfect for this getaway. The staff went over & above. I will definitely be back!

The room was a studio with a Queen Murphy Bed, right next to the elevator. The bed was woefully inadequate. Fortunately the Manager was able to move me to the Summit Hotel with a real bed. That was a very nice room.

Super facility with truly ski in ski out rooms . Amazing views from our room. Very friendly staff . Breakfast was fantastic, great selection every day:)

The property was supper unique and beautiful! Such nice service from all the staff members. Great pool and hot tub! My family and I watched skiers come down the slopes in the heated pool and hot tub! Great family resort!

The unit was very clean and in a great ski-in, ski-out location. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The only drawback is that the studio bed is a murphy bed; replacing the mattress with a newer, firmer option is recommended. Overall it was a very nice stay and we will come again.

Great to ski

Fantastic location, super service and surprising amenities (high quality breakfast that exceeded expectations, easy ski storage with ski in-ski-out, outdoor pool and hot tub despite freezing temps, workout room, fireplace, dishwasher & instapot). Also - bed was a murphy bed, so apres ski we had more space in the room to enjoy the fireplace and mountain views. Pricey, but worthi it.

We loved our stay. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 full stars is because the beds are so uncomfortable. My hips and back were killing me during my stay. Oh, and the pillows are flat.

Amazing location and beautiful room. Received a complimentary pass to ride chairlifts - got off at top to see mountains. Gorgeous views. Staff was top notch.

We stayed overnight on our way through Yellowstone for one night in September. Outside of busy season so some things were closed but enjoyable overall and will return.

My husband and I stayed at this property for the Wildlands concert in Big Sky. We appreciated the wonderful staff, especially the bellhops that took us to and from the concerts. The property was nice and right at the center of Big Sky Resort. We will be back next year!

The Village Center staff was very welcoming and kind during our stay. We will definitely be back in the future.

Zoe at the front desk made my wife feel very special on her birthday. She even gave us a special view of the mountain.
