Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Had a good sized fridge with a small freezer. Covered parking right by the room. Was very quiet. Would stay again.

Floor felt dirty. Hair in the bathtub. Totally loud obnoxious heating system! Lousy coffee in the room. Cable TV not user friendly. Homeless people everywhere! Probably wont stay here again.

Man who checked us in was unfriendly. Then I called about possibly checking out late. He was very rude. Would not stay there again

Since the weather is cold we mostly appreciated the heat being turned on before arriving so the room was warm and comfortable.

We found this room to meet expectations. For the pricing, we found the room clean enough and very roomy. The fridge and microwave were convenient, as was the location, with plenty of shopping and food nearby.

This is an economy stay that provides a very fair value. My mom lives in town, and we stay here almost every time we come to visit. It's not perfect, but I'm not paying for perfection.
Decent bed, central location, and very clean. No complaints at all. I recommend.

Shower head was bad, toilet was not elongated ! It sucked!

Person who checked me in wasn't particularly friendly and the floor in my room needs to be washed. But the bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the continental breakfast. Overall it was fine for the price.

Clean, convenient, no-frills stopover for a road trip between California and Washington. Breakfast was better than average, and we loved the fresh flowers growing in planters all over the property. Definitely recommend to other travelers looking for a quiet, comfortable stay. Check out Bear Creek Park, 5 mins away, if you need a place to stretch your legs.

The property was clean and the bed was comfortable but the pillows were so large I had to fold a towel as a substitute. The air conditioner worked very well and I’m so grateful the white noise blocked out most of the airport traffic. The parking lot was being paved so there was not really a place to park, just bad timing I guess. There is a small continental breakfast. Waffles, packaged oatmeal, toast, yogurt, juice, and coffee. It was adequate for a one night stay.

You cant do better in Medford without spending twice as much. MUCH cleaner and felt MUCH safer than any other budget hotel ive stayed at before in the area
