This was the second time we stayed up and it is a very clean and nice place to stay

The room was extraordinarily clean and the property was clean too. I did hear street noise as it is off a busy street but that quiets downs some after 5:00. I would stay there again and I would recommend it.

The place is exceptionally clean and comfortable and offers a good value for your hotel dollars. However the older female manager is a bit of a odd duck in the fact that she is a bit unfriendly in her dealings. She seems to pry a bit too much into your personal business and was asking nearly inappropriate questions about the relationship I had with the other person I shared my room with the night before as I was checking out. I had booked the room with Hotels.com. I would stay there again despite the manager because the hotel was exceptionally nice for the money and that’s it.

Check in times are limited because there is not a regular attendant. The central air AC did not work...room actually got warmer during the night. Shower control was very wonky. Took 5 mins to heat up, then challenge to get something in between scalding got and luke warm. Very nice facility, would give it another try because it does appear to be well maintained. However my stay was not great.

Our expectations were exceeded on every level! The suites are super clean and contain everything you could want for an extended stay. Jean, the Property Manager, is very responsive and I had the pleasure of hanging out with her for a little while one of the afternoons we were there. The location is awesome... It's a beautiful, quiet setting with mountain views and peaceful landscaping, just minutes away from wherever you want to go in Roanoke.You can't beat the price, location and accomodations. We can't wait to go back!

Suite was great! Had everything I needed and then some!! Close to sooo many things to do and places to eat.

This property is in an excellent location. Easy to get to shopping, food and entertainment. A small property that is tucked away in a quiet area. Beautiful landscaping, lots of mature trees, plants and flowers. The grounds are well maintained. Our room was spotless. Very clean, well appointed with great space! Highly recommend!

This place is very clean and quiet. The suite is similar to my apartment, felt like going back home. Will definitely stay again in the future if visiting this area.

The suite was very comfortable. The furniture was comfy and clean. The things I would want to see changed are minor - an extra bath and hand towel, good sized coffee mugs instead of tiny cups (Keurig coffee is way too strong for a 6 oz cup), a variety of coffee pods. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Affordable Corporate Suites and will stay there again if the opportunity comes up!

The woman running the place was awesome…..the room was in need of upgrading….because it is open to long term rentals there were some sketchy people….one and done for me

Upon arrival I realized the office was closed on Saturdays and quickly called the number I had to poke around and find for the owner? I’m assuming. She grills me and is seeming to try and catch me in a lie? Then she says there is no one there to check me in I needed to call to make arrangements prior to Saturday. A 20 minute call that could’ve been avoided, because ultimately I was able to get the key from a lockbox when she gave me the code. There are strict rules for the stay such as take your own trash out, clean the place spotless before leaving, and make sure the lights are all turned off etc. if you do not follow the rules there is a $25 fee per rule broken. The suite itself was very nice and clean, small TVs, and the bed was firm so not totally comfortable for me but if you like a firm mattress it will be for you! Overall was just uncomfortable with the 20 questions I had to play all because I didn’t make one phone call the day before and wanted to check in at my scheduled time.

The room was VERY clean, spacious, and comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel.

The suite was absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen was adequately furnished with the exception of a baking sheet. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Room was awesome. Receptionist was one of the rudest and most intrusive people I’ve ever met. I had a hard time not getting into a heated argument with her.

Very clean suite with lots of amenities. Quiet property and large, comfortable room. Loved the chocolate mint on the bed, a nice touch.

Although we loved the accommodations, this place should not be on hotels.com. It is not a hotel. It's not even setup to take check-in's for an overnight stay. The office was closed (7pm) and the manager wasn't on-site. However, she did get someone to hand us a key (no check-in). Even she said the site was not for overnight stays, but more of a weekly or monthly rental location. The room was very nice and clean - one of the best on our trip. Overall, we were pleased with the location and room. But, the process was lacking in every respect.
