Don’t feel safe where the property located

The bed was old, the walls were dirty. The room had a foul odor.

Not at all like the pictures. Floors and furniture stained.

Doors didn’t close. Paint/plaster was peeling off ceiling. Toilet seat was loose. Toilet seat hit tp roll upon opening and closing. Noise from highway was excessive. Breakfast was choice of mini bagel or bread. Think there were a couple of apples there as well. Coffee was extremely weak. I won’t stay there again.

Overall this was great and fine for staying. Beds are super comfortable. Bathroom walls and doors are filthy and all need to be wiped down. Ceilings all have signs of either mold or leaks in walls and need to be repainted. Run down motel but we would definitely stay again. Onsite restaurant/bar is great.

My daughter and I stopped for a single night on a trip home from New York City. The room was absolutely disgusting. It looked like the only thing that had been cleaned recently was the bedding because you could smell the bleach. Other than that, floors were dirty, bathroom looked like it hadn’t been scrubbed in years, and everything was in general disrepair.

Filthy and disgusting doesnt even begin to describe this place. If it were not for the fact that we were so far from home, everywhere else was booked and couldnt get our money back, I would have slept in my vehicle. Thank god i happen to have clorox wipes and blankets in the car. Considering calling the health department for sure.

Is this really a hotel? It seems like a long term living situation. The rooms were disgusting. The entire facility was strange. The room next to ours had loud music coming from it, literally vibrating the wall between us. The manager couldn't get in because the master key didn't work so he had to call the police. We left and requested a refund. Our sister also booked a room and the room had no padlock.

We arrived and didnt have the correct type of room for the information I submitted through expedia... they did change the room but water was cold so they gave us a different room " no extra charge" charged $70-80 per night extra... love the equadiorian restaurant available.

They can make a small effort to clean.

Very disappointed. Paint peeling off wall. Trash in trash can. Two (2) lamps did not work. Sink had soap in drain not allowing the water to drain. Window screen had large hole. Breakfast very misleading. Only good thing was a good room tv and lots of channels. Will never stay at a Wyndham sponsored hotel again.

Like I told the front desk when we were leaving! We got the key to our room and then when we returned they gave our room to sone one else thank god we did not put our things in in the room

This is a property that desperately needs renovation and probably rebuilding. The management is helpful and friendly enough but the physical property is just getting old. The "continental breakfast" was as scant as the management could make it. The on-site "restaurant" is called the Amazonia. I never saw a customer inside it. The forward facing rooms with 2 beds are more modern and are satisfactory. The rooms in the back, upstairs up a staircase, with a single bed are very small. Our floor was uneven. The ironing board was held onto the wall with a single screw coming out of the drywall. Corners are chipped. Room carpet was not vacuumed. The beds were fine, linen was clean and fresh. The bathroom was cramped but clean, and the shower and hot water were satisfactory. The back parking lot was neglected, to be charitable. Dead plants in planters, weeds, loose gravel rather than pavement, derelict RV has been parked in the back for years. This Days Inn is a value at $92 per night in the Ridgefield/Branchville/Redding market where there are are literally no other motels. I have stayed at this motel several times for visiting friends in the area, but I do not know how it retains the Days Inn franchise rating. I hope that an investor can come in and modernize the property.

It was an adequte, average experience for a lower price better than anything else I could find in the area. Positive: it was quiet, there was a couch in the room, and the shower worked well and was clean.

Breakfast was absolutely useless and kind of trash, their gym was not open, the bathtub handle was very messed up and took finangling to figure it out and the Wi-Fi needed a password and the guy running the place downstairs just seemed unpleasant so it wasn't worth asking for it. Oh I also had to ring the bell like six times and wait like 10 minutes until the guy would show up when I first wanted to check in

Unsecured entrance to second floor. Dirty, musty room.

Comfortable hotel in a good location. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, etc.

I will never stay here again. People were rude. Room was dirty holes in the walls no sheets on the bed

the place wasn't clean. The water in the kitchen sink didn't work. Lots of bees/wasps outside the rooms.

Easy check-in (I arrived late). Clean, comfortable, attractive room, with everything in working order. Including a small fridge with freezer space which was very handy because I was on a road trip and carrying food with me

I would not let my dog (If I had one) stay there. We tried to stay but could not . We left, never stayed and went to another hotel. How about a refund?

Appreciate the cleanliness, soft bed, decent shower and price- back every 2 months.

For the price, it's high so you'd expect a higher quality but at the end of the day it's a converted motel and the only reason why anyone would stay here is that it's the cheapest and likely the only chain in the area. Not at all what one would expect of the Days Inn chain.
