The room was not as clean as it could have been. There were dried contacts and hair in the bathroom. The shower head leaked most of the water. I like the trails around the area.

Great experience, over all. My main quibble was that the building was too hot. I turned off the thermostat, but the room was still too hot. I had to open the window at night to sleep, which is incredibly wasteful and not eco-friendly (Protect our Winters, right?).

Beautiful canyon setting at the Snowbird resort. Granite cliffs on the north, snow covered slopes and evergreens on the south. Just gorgeous!

Not so good. Rooms are very old which is okay. But the bed was very uncomfortable and the shower was a joke.

Obviously the location is great and the trail down to the main Snowbird center/plaza was very handy. The staff was also helpful and provided a pack-in-play for us for no extra charge. The amenities were a little sparse and it’s not the newest inn we’ve ever stayed, but we still enjoyed it. Side note, they did lose power one morning when someone backed their car off the parking lot/cliff. It rolled down and smashed a transformer but they restore power within a few hours. Crazy.

The convenience of ski-in ski-out in little cottonwood canyon cannot be beat. We were able to eat lunch and dinner in the condo thereby minimizing COVID exposure

The room we rented through Hotels.com was not great. It was very small and really outdated. Luckily the hotel manager was fantastic. I asked for a different room and he gave us a fantastic room. Be aware that all of the rooms through this website will be on the street side of the building, and are very small.

Good location, nice staff, clean hotel. There were a couple of things that did not work upon check in: vanity sink very slow, refrigerator light out. They did not affect the quality of our stay, still lovely. As there's another sink in the bathroom. This unit is dated, there's very few electrical outlets, none near the bed so must plug phones in elsewhere. Still a great stay in a beautiful location. The fireplace makes it so cozy, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Thank you to the friendly staff.

I didn't give the Inn very good review, because. We never made it there. The road up Little Cottonwood canyon closed because of the snow storm that rolled in Thanksgiving day. UDOT shut it down to all traffic going up the canyon and they made the people working at the resorts and those who had gone up leave the canyon because of avalanche dangers. I tried to get a refund or another night because this was out of my control, but I was told "NO". I have been skiing and frequenting Snowbird since the early 70's when they first opened. Not sure if I will return.

Ski lodge off season pretty much had the run of the place. A few things closed and price's are still have over the top on most items

We love Snowbird. Sadly the rooms that we booked at the Inn were in need of an update. The mattresses felt like they were springs and the kitchenette didn’t have many cooking utensils. We improvised quite a bit. Here’s hoping that our next experience is a much better one!

There are nicer hotels out there but for the cost & it being a ski resort hotel... Pretty much alright. Great staff. Great location. Nice pool/hot tub. :)
