It’s too bad the restaurant and bar weren’t opened more. The hours open were very limited.

The location is nice, its next door to the wine train. The lobby is small but looks nice. The biggest problem was the amount of unexpected fees at check-in. There is a daily resort fee and im not sure what its supposed to cover seeing that the property is far from resort. They have a gym that i did not use. The room we had did have a fire place. The staff at check in were nice. We received an additional charge after check out that I still dont know what it was for. The “mini bar” in the room was one bottle of wine and 3 bottles of water. We did receive 4 $10 vouchers at check in but could only use 1/day which wasnt of much value to us. The shower had hair when we checked in and the floors were a bit dirty. The carpet in the hallways is very old and soiled and definitely needs to be replaced. They did provide free bottles of water at the front desk and a glass of wine at check in. There are better properties in Napa for around the same price.

We had some fixing going on in our house, so we had to get away for two nights and booked here.
They were REALLY NICE and accomodating!
The crew came earlier than expected, so we asked for early check in, and they were kind enough to let us arrive at our convenience!
The rooms are spacious and clean! Loved it

Absolutely lovely little spot. We stayed here for my birthday during a road trip we were taking. It’s nestled in a great location with everything you need within a very short drive. Beautiful grounds around the hotel too. The rooms are big, the beds are extremely comfortable and the bathrooms are very modern. We would absolutely stay here again.

I don’t know how a $359 room ends up being $515 for 1 night. I have stayed in much nicer hotels for a lot less. The beds need new mattresses. It is like sleeping on a rock. The rooms are dated. Tge river view was blocked by an awning and covered in bird poop and cigarette buts. There are weird smells in the elevator. Loud music was playing until nearly midnight. The rooms are very poorly designed because you can hear people on the patio. If you are sent an email telling you you can upgrade to the highest floor, don’t do it! Instead of the highest floor, it was the second floor. The only good thing about this place was the service. The bartender was great! Otherwise, I will not be returning to this property ever again. I was very disappointed.

Hotel was nice, room was spacious, clean and fireplace was very nice. Location was great, close to Ox Bow Market, 3 minute walk to Napa Wine Train, 3 minute drive to Walmart and laundry mat. Restaurant food was good. All staff encountered were very polite and courteous.

Love this hotel. Wonderful location, beautiful grounds, staff is great, breakfast is reasonably priced, but hotel rooms are expensive

Generally our stay was okay. My husband had a medical episode on the evening we were there.
We had been on a winery tour during the day. We then went to the outside area with friends. When my husband was having trouble getting back to our room and fell over, there were 2 guys that helped me get him to his feet and back to our room. I thought this was kind of them. Then about 1 hour later I had to call for an ambulance as my husband was very unwell.
The emergency services were very good. They took my husband to hospital, and as I was sitting in the front of the ambulance, I could see the conversation that the hotel staff had with the emergency services on the computer screen. They were told my husband was very drunk.
As it turns out, my husband had a stroke.
It was a very emotional and upsetting experience for both of us.

Property was clean but rooms were old looking. Air conditioner rattled all night and kept us up. Too expensive for the room. But location was great! Walking distance to downtown Napa. But I should have stayed at the Westin next door for the price we paid.

On a quiet river. Lots of seating outside with fire pits. Friendly staff

Great hidden Gem . Walkable distance to downtown area , the bike rental option was great for a nice ride around river side and town. Overall great stay!

Nice upscale touches such as real coffee cups, glass wine glasses and cozy bathrobes. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant was tasty and they give you a $10 coupon to use every day of your stay, making the restaurant prices very affordable. Downtown Napa was an easy, safe walk. Would definitely recommend!

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Nice rear outdoor area. Should offer free coffee in morning.
2.0
Definitely not worth it!
Get no extras/perks like breakfast or minibar or something when paying the price you do!!
Bike rental is a bit of a have as have to enter all your card details and charges you and only for one person too
No room service available
Very dated bathrooms and rooms
Hear everything outside room in hallway
Checkin is 4pm which is way too late and when asked yo checkin slightly earlier they make a fuss when obviously they aren’t full at all!

Hotel is very average and not as accurate as pictures. The room was average looking and nothing felt like a 4 star hotel. Plus shockingly the hotel charged us $33 a day from us ~$200 for our stay as a “resort fee”. It is not a resort and rather far from it. It’s pros are the location, close to downtown napa and many vineyards are a 10 min distance.

Great spot on the river with nice patio and short walk into town.

Nice hotel. Would be nice if the bar/restaurant opened earlier in the afternoon. Having to walk to a food truck outside the hotel on a hot day was an inconvenience. Although the food trucks were not bad. I would stay again.

Beautiful view off the balcony, quiet area, friendly bar tender and front staff!

It is not really in town - if you like to stretch your legs (and we do), it is a short walk down the river to the Oxbow Market, and from there you can walk into the downtown area - but in summer it can be 90 degrees out, and not so fun walking in the heat. We purchased a fairly high-priced room facing the river, nice view, tiny balcony, but hotter than hades out there, so not of much use. We could hear pretty much everything from the room next door, where they were having an animated conversation at midnight. Really low point was trying to have breakfast on the hotel's nice looking terrace. Hostess sat us not in the shade with view of the river, but next to the building under the noisy exhaust vent (we asked to move, she looked astonished and moved us one seat over). Then we sat, menus in hand, aching for a glass of water and some coffee - and then sat some more while staff served everyone around us. After waiting too long, we gave up and walked to Oxbow, where we had delicious avocado toast and excellent coffee. Lots of dining options there, super nice staffs.
I'd say if you want a real Napa experience, stay somewhere downtown. where you can walk out the door and enjoy the quaint character of that small town. If you want a secluded getaway, and have more patience than we do, and bring earplugs for sleep, this might be the spot for you.

First, location was good and parking was very accommodating. The staff was welcoming and the room was excellent. We really loved the terrace off the bar/restaurant. We would definitely stay again and recommend.

The hotel was beautiful. The only complaint I have is that the AC unit in the room was very noisy. Sounded like something was flapping around inside. Kept me up during the night. Otherwise, I enjoyed the stay.

Super cute inn. Great location with easy access to everything. Lovely patio and tasty breakfast offerings in Alba. We did not want to stay in a chain and pay for amenities we never use. Love the outdoor terrace overlooking the river.
