Nice and quiet even with a convention at the Hotel going on.

The room was advertised on Hotels.com as having a gym but when I checked in and asked where it was the clerk at front desk said he was sorry but they don't have a gym, He directed me to a gym nearby but informed me they don't comp it for guests despite their website advertising having a gym and the weird part was he asked me to let management know its false advertising on their website....room was laid out strange with a nice upstairs loft for sleeping.

Ok but the room was above some sort of meeting room where aloud party was held until late in night. Very disturbing and unsay overall.

The hotel was nice however we were told breakfast was served from 6:30 am to 11:00 am we got there at 10:45 and was told the kitchen was closed. The bathroom was so small we could not close the door. Would we stay here again, Yes but I will request a handicap accessible bathroom.

What a beautiful hotel! Room doors are exterior, which doesn’t usually appeal to me, but the hotel is beautiful and the scenery is lovely. Handicap accessibility is an issue as there are no elevators, but excellent experience overall.

The room was nice & clean, the aura of the whole place is fantastic, & the staff was helpful with an issue I had when I arrived. It's a quality place without being very expensive. If you're staying in Kerrville, I think it's worth paying a little extra here, versus staying in the hotel's with numbers in their names.

These are newly remodeled rooms as I was told. Mild in the bathroom, sink was disgusting, counters were stained, and very uncomfortable beds.

Can’t complain about anything really. We have stayed here before and love the uniqueness of the inn and its rooms. Are stay was during Spring Break and it was very quiet.

From the pictures posted on Hotels.com, we were expecting a much nicer accommodation. We were very disappointed to find that it was essentially something like a Best Western hotel that had been renovated. The good is that the rooms were clean and I would give it an A for cleanliness. But, the hotel was dated with old furniture and decor and thin walls, which led to challenging sleep. We were put in a room facing a parking lot and construction area and the price was comparative to an IHG or Hilton.

The bathroom was so small I barely even fit. I’m only 6ft 205lbs.
TV didn’t work.
I’m a non smoker but every smell seeps thru the cracks around the door.

I liked the area you are located. Room was clean. The heater though was extremely loud and would make me jump all during the night when it would kick on. Made for a unrest full night.

The place was really, really cool!! It has this awesome vintage vibe! Staff was super nice and room were very clean. The courtyard is gorgeous!!

Our stay was very enjoyable and comfortable. Not crazy about bathroom light switches being behind the doors, but that is a minor thing. Location was perfect for our visit.

Traveling from Arizona, it was getting late and I was getting tired. Booked a 2 night stay and it did not disappoint . I would happily come back to this hotel again . The rooms were clean, well appointed and quiet . night

The heater/furnace was extremely loud throughout the night. The door to outside wasn’t sealed and it was below freezing. The bathroom door had a loud squeak.

Beautiful place, staff was friendly and helpful. Very comfortable bed, clean room. Highly recommend this place if you’re staying in Kerrville.

This property has no breakfast included in its price. Rare in this day and time to not have any breakfast included but they do make breakfast to order for a fee.

It was awesome nice and comfortable, the front desk called us and asked if we needed more towels which was amazing to me. Thank yall so much for making our stay comfortable keep up the good work.

Overall decent place. It was a little dated and our sink was cracked. Shower head was mounted at 5 foot and I’m 5’8”? Staff was awesome… very clean. Courtyard was nice.
