Two of our towels were dirty. The hand towel had a hand print on it and looked like it had been used to clean the room. The bath towel also had dirt all over it. The manager seemed completely disinterested in helping and offered no apology.

Only issue was toilet didn't work. The desk brought us a plunger to use, but that did not clear it up. We were just doing a sleep stop, so made the best of it and moved on.
I did report it the next morning, again and said the room could not be rented out until that is fixed .
Room was clean, beds comfy. Ordered to go from a Mexican place next door, 3 gas stations with convenience stores right there.

Under renovation so a bit of a mess. Shower didnt work, no coffee maker in room, strong smell when you walk in breakast was basically just a bowl of cereal, toast, or a pkg roll. No friut, yogurt etc. Was very over priced for room

The room smelled terrible and musty. The bathroom smelled strongly of urine. The direct tv didn’t work, nothing on the TV worked at all. The smoke detector was hanging by wires from the ceiling. Their website stated “breakfast” and all they had was Honey buns, juice and coffee. Absolutely terrible experience

Room was pretty run-down: a fixture on the bathtub was broken off, and was just lying on the toilet. The shower head sprayed water where it attached to the pipes. Hair in the bathtub. Also, the room smelled STRONGLY of wet paint or varnish. The smell never dissipated. The lady at the front desk was pleasant, though.

I called the front desk and tried to get different room as soon as we walked inand saw thw condition of the room. I had to book a room because my power was out due to tornado and could not allow my best friend i was caring for while he recovers from a multiple stroke to stay in 26°F house. The riom smells like a smokers room when we said we didn't smoke. The room was dirty, had a leak in front of the toilet, and the TV didnt work. Pretty devastating to know i had to leave my friend there for rhe night while i worked closeby. The motel would not give me a refund so I could try with what little time i had to move him elsewhere. I wish i had gotten more pictures. NEVER STAY HERE.

It looks like this property has had a recent renovation. The room was in very good condition. Clean and well appointed. I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling through the area. The staff and management are very knowledgeable and friendly. Five. Stars all the way.

I booked 3 nights.The staff is rude and not at all helpful. The room was disgusting. Decided quickly that I couldn't stay there, after killing 2 cockroaches. Asked for a refund was told I had to get a refund from Expedia. Expedia said I have to get the refund from Super 8. Only stayed a few hours and they wouldn't give me my money back. It was so gross. The people that clean the rooms need lessens on how to clean. I've filed a complaint with the better business bureau and I'm going to contact Wyndham to see if they will refund my money. I wouldn't let my dog stay here. Worst place I've ever stayed at.

Room smelled bad, refrigerator didn’t work, sink leaked all over the floor, exhaust fan falling out of ceiling, smoke detector disconnected, burn holes all over the blankets in a non smoking room, obvious dust and hair left behind from not cleaning properly. Overall gross and a waste of money!! Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!!!

Room was good for what we paid. Clean, good water pressure and temperature. Double beds at small. Apparently it's $20 cheaper if you book through Expedia but pay when you get there, not ahead of time.

Room smelled of smoke, tub had cigarette burns on them, the “wraps” To protect items, like the blow dryer, had someone’s toothpaste on it (gross!!). The desk clerk had an attitude when I got upset about needing a credit card, some of us do not have them. She said she just worked there. I did not get angry at her at all and I told her I wasn’t upset with her but her attitude continued. I was exhausted after driving for 24 hours straight!!!! I will not be going there again! I’d rather pay double the amount then to give them my business ever again!

The motel is ok for the price. The room wasn't that clean. As there was was small hairs in the bathtub and the floor in the entire room was dirty. And make sure you either have $50 cash or a credit card for the incidentals charge. They won't take debit to do the incidentals.

Treated like a 2nd class citizen because I have a pet with me. I ordered a Kingsized bed they put me in a room with 2 double beds because that’s one of their “pet rooms”. Because they 3rd party franchise owner is CHEAP won’t honor the bookings. I was discriminated against because I have a dog. If I order a Kingsize bed, because I’m 6’2”. I want a KINGSIZE bed! Not only did they downgrade my room they still make me pay a $25 pet fee. To stay in a lower tier room.
This is by far not ok! And these independent hotel chain owners are doing this garbage nationwide and need to be called out on it!

The family running the business is very nice and we did enjoy our stay. We love wood looked floors, seems like everywhere we have gone lately with them though we have had to take a towel and water to clean the dirty floor. So we did that there too. I also tried to clean the mold out of the shower. I realize they are an older couple trying to run it, they also should have someone to help so they can clean the mold from the shower. It is a complimentary breakfast with toast, honeybuns and cereal and beverages, which was fine before we started off every morning. It was a treat to visit with Crupue. She was very knowledgeable about Nashville. It is within 15 minutes of everything and in a quiet part of town. The only time there was any noise was when they rented the room above us.

The beds were up 😞 n a pedestal, making them almost too high to climb up onto. The room was to be non-smoking but it has been smoked in and the edge of the bathtub has multiple cigarette burns where previous guests have obviously smoked and set their cigs down on the edge of the tub.

The lady at the front desk was very professional. She was on the phone with an irate customer whose reservation was mistakenly cancelled by another employee. She offered solutions and was always polite.

No major problems at this property but could use some maintenance. Upon arriving in my room there was a slight smoke smell even though it was a non smoking room. At first I was unable to close curtain all the way. I had to climb onto chair to pull curtain rod to back into position so curtain would close. Bathroom ceiling light cover was hanging down. Handheld shower mount was broken and shower head was held on with a bungee cord.
I’ve stayed in both better and worse hotels. You can tell it’s been updated , but with a little maintenance, it would be above average. I do plan to stay here again when area due to price and cleanliness..

Tv didn't work, desk tried to get it hooked up, no tv for evening. At checkout, Manager said he'd get it fixed. Bummer, paid for room with tv, no tv. Bed was comfortable, room clean.

The employees were so nice and very helpful. They went above and beyond. The hotel is just outside of Nashville. Easy to grab an Uber or drive to the city. Beds were comfy and room was very clean. Had everything we needed.

Rooms could be updated. Some of the outlets did not work, hair dryer was broken, and air conditioner worked but was very loud.
BUT all staff were extremely nice, personable, and provided exceptional service. Room was clean and a good size. Despite the few negatives, I would definitely recommend.
