As a whole, the room was immaculant! We enjoyed the hot tub. I would have liked to have tried the heated pool, but the kids that were in it were having fun and I chose not to bother them!😊
We had a king size bed and it was very comfortable. The room has a heat/AC unit, so you can make it as hot or cold as you'd like. Breakfast was sufficient. We very much enjoyed our stay with our Chiweenie dog, Sissy. Although, we did have to take Sissy with us to my doctor appointment, as you're not allowed to leave your pets alone in the room, which was fine for us. 🙂 No complaints!

The young lady at the front desk was wonderful, even allowed us to check in a bit early! The room was fresh and clean. Breakfast in the lobby was comfy and very good - great set up!

Spent 4 days in Flagstaff at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient and within walking distance to downtown and NAU. Convenience, however, does come at a cost. It is noisy here because it is located right on Route 66. The room was basic but clean. It appears to have been updated within the last few years although the mattresses were not super comfy. I loved that it had both a microwave and a refrigerator with a small eating space because I don’t like eating out for every meal. There is a small pool that was frequented by others but not me. They did have breakfast available in the mornings although the choices are limited; but it was nice to have coffee available all day. Also, loved that I was able to bring my dog with me. Overall, it was a good choice and I would stay here again.

I can't imagine why this dumpy motel is rated so high. It's old and the sounds from upstairs and the parking lot and road are loud. It's not the worst but it is just an outdated roadside motel. Front desk person was very friendly, check-in was easy, breakfast was mediocre but as expected, bathroom had hot water, bed and pillows were alright, and tv worked. It's fine for resting your head for one night if you have earplugs but seems over priced for what it is.

Average motel, but Staff was great.
Ceilings are thin, so anyone moving upstairs can be heard (sounded like a herd of elephants). Breakfast was included, but was limited. Small breakfast area was hard to navigate with lots of people in the morning. All in all, it is an average motel and a decent price.

We were only in this room for 8 hours to sleep and shower. It was more than adequate, though the mattress was extremely firm especially since it sat on top of basically a
"mattress table" not a box spring. if you leaned on the mattress it slid right off the "table" and had very little give to it. Very clean. Appreciated the mini fridge and microwave.

When we arrived to the motel are room was so cold and it took awhile for the heater in the room to warm up. We called to the front desk to request more blankets. By the middle of the night he room had finally warmed up. Other than that it was a good stay as always.

This was not a planned or scheduled stay. It was a last minute need a place to stay with kids.
The reception area was clean and the staff were kind.
The parking lot was well lit however the staircases were a bit dim lit.
The room was clean and secure. The beds were comfortable. The only comfort issue we had was the tiny pillows.
The shower was great and all 4 of us showered and had hot water (which doesn’t even happen at home!).
The pool was unique but warm, clean, and served its purpose.
The breakfast was great and there was a decent variety. The only thing I would say was that the seating for breakfast was mostly wobbly bar height seating options.
We’d stay here again.

Definitely recommend this super 8 location!! Great value for the price, the staff is super friendly, they have free parking and breakfast included. Included. The rooms are updated and very clean and comfortable. You cannot go wrong staying here and will definitely add this one to my list.

We requested a downstairs room and received a dog friendly room which is fine.... we have dogs and are totally okay with that. The only thing is that the floors were dirty. And walls could honestly use a good cleaning. The beds had ceumbs? Dust bunnies? Not sure but we had to fluff them before going to bed.

Service was super friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Rooms and lobby have been remodeled and are very nice. Only real downside is property is on the older side. Safe and super convenient location.

Evening lady at the front desk was friendly. Hotel outdated but seemed clean. Room was very cold and took awhile to heat up. Would be nice to have heat on in rooms prior to arrival. A few more protein breakfast items would be nice.

Great hotel and great staff . Hotel is nearby lots of restaurants and stores ! My family and I enjoyed our stay there and the indoor pool !! For sure we will be returning next year for our trip.

Very different, the pool needed new towels because they were out so we asked for more and the staff didn’t want to walk them out because she said it was cold so she asked us to carry them out. Also there was a large group of people being very disruptive, smoking weed, drinking and being loud in the pool area and the girl working at the counter said she would send someone out but didn’t do anything and the people made it so nobody else could go out and enjoy

Front desk staff was very professional and friendly. She went over the amenities the property offered and gave me a choice when it came to selecting first or second floor. The room was clean and everything in there looked as advertised. Parking was available even late at night upon returning from dinner. Location was great as we were surrounded by nearby restaurants and shopping centers. The guest above us were somewhat loud until about midnight, but thats not the hotels fault . Would stay here again. I wish we could have taken advantage of the heated pool but we were short on time. Breakfast was simple and basic but it served its purpose.

The motel was good, but it lacked a couple of key things for my purposes. One was a desk. There was plenty of room in my room for a desk, which I hoped to use for a couple of hours, but there was no desk, just other furniture. The other thing was good options for breakfast. There just wasn't much there except for the usual carbs. Even the sweets were blah.

Staff is great! But, of course we got the room next to the screaming baby. The room is not what you see in the pictures. The pictures make it look A LOT nicer than it is. The outlets next to the bed randomly flicker because they're not secured to the wall. Most of the outlets don't work.TV has limited channels. The furniture is beat up. It's false advertising and should be $50 per night, not over $100!
