Very clean

The check in was great. Super cool dude at check in. Room was clean and cumfy overall. Do NOT stay in Room 101 if you want to get some sleep. There was banging all night long due to their washers and dryers being literally in the next room over. 😞

Great staff!!

The staff were friendly, helpful, courteous and accommodating. The room was clean and remodeled with a new, comfortable mattress. It had a cute retro style and feel. The grounds were well lit and seemed safe. My only suggestions are to have a grassy pet area, and put both tissues and a click in the room. This place is a great value!

The security latches on the door were broken or missing entirely. The front desk employee was kind enough to let us check out three different rooms, hoping to find one with a functioning security latch, and none of them had one. The carpet was pretty grungy and we didn't get our 3rd day room cleaning. That said, it was quite sheltered from road noise on the inner courtyard where our room was in spite of being next to the freeway, and there was plenty of hot water and good water pressure.

The man at the front desk was waiting to devote his time to me when I walked in at about 5:00. Check-in was simple, having been reserved and prepaid via Expedia. My room was basic, on the ground floor, opening onto the pool/courtyard, both closed of for the season and remodeling, I guess. I just wanted to sleep, so I didn't ask. The bed was all I could have hoped for, form and flat and clean. The bathroom is set back on a relatively long hallway, which I suppose gives a bit more privacy, but the light switch is way back there, by the door to the shower and toilet. Makes for a dark walk, but not a problem. The shower/tub and the toilet are basic, just fine, with no extra grills to require an owners manual. Being an old guy with sciatica, walking from the car to my room was more of a hassle than of I had a room on the outside, instead of the courtyard. There were plenty of such things, and I'm sure they would have given me one of I had only asked. My fault, and no big deal. The four lock uses a product card: just hold your card by the lock, and the light flashes to show it's unlocked. Common note, but worth mentioning, since the property was probably built with older tech. No breakfast. They have a coffee pot in the room along the front desk. I was in the mood for a full breakfast provided by wait staff in s restaurant, anyway, so was happy to take the low room rate, instead. I was traveling solo, no kids to feed, and no interest in a pool, so the Pepper Tree was perfect for me

Proximity to freeway was good. Front desk employee was very nice and friendly. Room needs to be remodeled.

Very quiet, staff pleasant and patient, price fair, would recommend to family/friends.

At check in the gentleman was wonderful, after a few days with the "Do not Disturb" sign on the door I needed fresh towels and linens and the floor coild have been swept, I changed their door sign to Maid Service Please and nobody ever came to my room. There is construction going on directly outside of the window of my room starting at 7am every day of of my stay.

Nothing to like. Not able to extend stay due to remodeling but several rooms are available. Dog poop not picked up. Aggressive dog in registration lobby. Floors definitely not cleaned in room. Warned of walking dog due to a pack of coyotes that live behind parking lot.

Transients in parking lot. Dirty. Old.

Easy booking & check in. Requested ADA room with King bed but they did not have accessible bathroom in King room. Should have told me that and I would have booked a 2 queen room. Recovering from hip replacement so wanted an ADA bathroom. Worked out ok.

Open faced stairs to 2nd floor. No real good dog walking spaces. Lots of road construction in the area.

Major Road Construction 30 yards from our door. The room lighting was poor at best.

Badly needs upgrades. Smoke detectors missing in room cord hanging down. Hair in shower. Hair dryer didn’t work. Homeless people invaded pool while we were swimming after half hour they were kicked out.

It’s a Motel not a hotel. It’s advertised incorrectly as a Hotel. The service is not good at all and is pricey

homeless population on property unacceptable. ive stayed at peppertree in the past and it was very clean, and i had no safety concerns. this last stay one whole wing appeared to be n populated by homeless filth. i was concerned for the security of my vehicle during stay.

Facilities were adequate. Pillows were small and lumpy. No extra blankets.

I was there for two nights and all night long there were people talking outside my room. It didn't matter what time. They go away for a while and then be there again. Some times it was in Spanish, other times in English. It was as though no one in the office made rounds or even looked at the CCTV

We arrived lare. There was a big sign that said peppertree in bed and breakfast. There is no breakfast. Lol. The pool is empty. The bed was really comfortable and the staff was super nice.

The hotel room was not clean. There was no. pool as was advertised. There was no free breakfast or restaurant as also stated on the app. They also did not have 24 hour office staff. What a disappointment. Would never stay there again.
