There was a terrible snowstorm, and this parking lot when driveway was not cleared at all. Many people were stuck. I had to park in a different business just to be able to have somewhere to park for the night and had to walk a distance to get to the hotel even when I left the next morning, the parking lot was still not plowed and several people were still stuck in the driveway.

So, the hotel itself is ok for the price. However, we did notice some things that wasn’t right. The blanket had blood stains rather if they’re old or new stains I’m not laying on that so good thing we brought our own blanket. The sheets looked like they weren’t changed. The toilet looked disgusting and needs to be replaced in room 151. Attempting to take a shower was horrible I felt like it was a waste of my money at that point. It barely sprayed out water. I just took a bath instead because water continued to come out the faucet while the shower was on. I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Everything is nice! Hot breakfast, soft beds, hot shower. Nice jacuzzi and pool. Had jet tub in room!!! I come at least 10x a year.

Well maintained property with a pool and hot tub. Plenty of space to walk pets. Hairdryer, toiletries and iron present in room. Staff are professional and accommodating.
Slow drain in room 146. Probably needs cleaning.

The hotel was on the older side and needs some renovations. Room was relatively clean but carpets in common areas need replacing.

The pool and hot tub was the best part. The room was not clean up to par. Our covers were dirty. Housekeeping kept coming to our room before check out time. Had to be moved because our toilet was working. I would never stay here again.

Basically I enjoyed the stay at the hotel. The room was clean. Some of the bathroom floor grout was coming loose. The nearby construction caused some problems, but that was beyond your control.

Our bathroom had pubic hairs on the floor that were not ours and something was on the bed cover, not sure what it was and i do not want to know, it was just kind of gross.

I was happy that the motel was close to Menomonee Falls. I could easily find my way arounde town. The one thing that I found not so nice was that the grout in the bathroom floor was chipping and it didn't feel to good when I stepped on a chunk. Other than that, our room was clean.

While I understand road construction isn't your problem, it was extremely confusing and difficult to get to your property. it would have been nice if there was some slight reduction in the daily rate to compensate for that issue.

I stayed on the first floor. I could hear squeaking floors and noise from the second floor, very disturbing. Not a very insulated walls, very easy to hear noise. I live in a townhouse complex so I understand noise levels.

The carpet in our room was very old and dirty. Bathroom floor looked clean but when I wiped up after showering, the towel was very dirty. Very strong cigarette smell in the bathroom and entry.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast host was awesome. Pool and hot tub very nice. Only thing is I'm not a big fan of the 9 1/2 by 11 paper signs cueing guest don't do this and don't do that. Probably not a big deal to most but I've been in the quality sciences all my carrer. Now that I'm retired, I would love to travel to your hotels and audit and rate them.

It was what I expected for the price. Bed wasn’t the best but all in all was just fine for us.

The spout for the bathtub/shower was not even attached to the shower wall. One of the lights didn't work and there was only an outlet on one side of the bed (King bed). Fan in the bathroom sounded like it was dying. There were 5 big trucks (moving trucks?) parked in the parking lot taking up 3 or 4 spaces each. The bed sheet provided more warmth than the blanket. We didn't even bother going down for breakfast in the AM.

Sink drain broken.bathroom fan not functioning. Pillowcase had blood stain on it. No extra toilet paper in room. Were not allowed to take breakfast back to paid room. Hallway we were in had multiple rooms smoking weed even though property clearly posts as non smoking facility. Checkin clerk was not pleasent. Houskeeping staff does not come in during stay.

It was ok. First room - toilet made loud noise constantly after flushing. Requested another room which was granted. Mini refrigerator buzzed off and on during the night. Overpriced for what we got. Not great but not a disaster.
