This was a great hotel. We went on a backpacking trip and needed somewhere to leave our luggage for 4 days. They were so wonderful and stored our bags until we returned from our trip. There are lots of useful resources within walking distance (Target, Costco, Restaurants). The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

We love the rooms and only choose your hotel , but this last time in Bozeman we got our room keys and when we opened our room we scared the heck out of the couple that was occupying it. It was fixed and we were giving the right room but it was not a pleasant experience.

The heat/air unit in my room made a very loud banging noise when it was running. I hardly slept. The manager offered a $50 credit for my 3 night stay, the whole trip should have been comped. There were no other rooms available at the property to move too and the other local hotels were full too, or I would have left and stayed somewhere else. The carpet in the room was stained in multiple areas and felt dirty. This is an older property that needed an upgrade years ago. Definitely not what I expected from a IHG property.

This room was getting old in the tooth. Dingy. Didn't smell quite 'right.' Big stains on the carpeting. Long black hairs in the sink when I got there (I have a buzz cut). One of the washcloths was crumpled up on the bathroom counter when I walked in.

Generally, this is a really nice stay, and much better than the local competition in many ways. However, it appears to be a dog-friendly place, which is fine by me, but my room's carpeting was sadly in need of a major cleaning, and my guess is that dog problems exist. My room-mate even commented that the rooms smelled of a wet dog when we checked in. Perhaps a surcharge to cover the cost of extra cleaning might be a solution.

Got in during rainstorm. No food place to eat and no delivery. Too tired to go out. Skipped dinner. Having place for delivery would have been good. Desk recommended one but they no longer delivered.

This hotel was booked because we needed to bring our recovering dog with us and the other top choice hotels did not allow pets. I will say this was a great relief to our family however just because pets are allowed doesn’t mean that cleanliness standards and upkeep should be ignored. The bathroom had dirt and grime buildup and even rust around door and shower, the carpet had stains and the room didn’t feel/smell fresh. The beds and pillows were comfy enough for a good night’s sleep and the room location was just what we asked for. The breakfast and pay-snack bar were a great bonus and helped when on the fly during our tournament weekend.

Very nice stay. Very friendly staff. The gym was very small, but otherwise everything was amazing. The breakfast was delicious.

The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were allowed an early check in which was very appreciated. Breakfast was plentiful with a variety for grab and go. Hotel was located close to the interstate and other shopping if you needed something.
