Beautiful Hotel!

The room I was the bathroom disappointed me the fact I been see a dirty washcloth in the shower that means your staff doesn’t check the bathroom how the suppose to that left me with a lot dotted on my mind.

Upon arrival I did not receive the room/view I booked and paid for. I called guest services from the room and was moved to another room and was told it was the only other available room other than the one I was first put in. The new room did have the view I paid for. However, there were a lot of cleanliness and sanity issues. Old food food from previous guest in the fridge, the fridge was dirty with greasy finger prints on the glass door and metal door trim. The shower had wet, used, wadded up wash cloths in it from the previous guest. The mirrors in the bathroom were streaked with fingerprints. There was long hair in the bathroom floor, behind the sink faucet, and around the toilet. Room furniture was disorderly and not straightened up. The pillows in the chairs were pushed down into the corners where someone had been sitting against them and not staged back by housekeeping. I have always stayed at Beau Rivage on my trips to Biloxi and never been disappointed until now. It seems things have really went downhill since my last trip!

3 of 6 elevators to guest rooms were broken…. Machine the wait to get downstairs at checkout. 30+ minutes. 2 of the elevators in parking garage would not go to our level. Embarrassing for a casino of this name… Will not stay again.

Beautiful hotel and casino. Very clean and well kept. Hotel staff were excellent and kind. Definitely would recommend for a joyous time!

Great experience

Nice attractive hotel with good shopping opportunities. Huge outdoor pool area but for our trip was too cold to enjoy it. If you are a gambler this is your place.

The Beau is always fun; however, this trip was marred by the number of elevators that were not functioning during a busy weekend.

Facility is very clean, tastefully decorated. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Parking via valet is nice. Bel-hop is a nice feature. And the price for the room once you consider the amenities is really great!

Dining options were good. Staff was courteous, and hotel was clean. Shower felt really good.

Although the hotel has a casino, I did not go for that. I wanted a short relaxing get away. A day at the spa, nice hot bath, room service and a very comfortable bed. I slept 11 hours. Heaven.

The timing of coming was fabulous and our stay matched all expectations

It was lovely surroundings good eats soft bed needs better soap dispensers and carpet needed in the bathrooms better toilet tissue tho…. It wasn’t Charmin

love the BEAU always the place to stay in Biloxi. Hotel/Casino is outstanding.

The sap was amazing. My mom lost her brackets and they went out of there way to help us find it.

My only complaint would be that the plug for the tub would not lift up to drain. You had to pry it up and then put some thing up under it to hold it up while the water went out. We told the front desk about it when we checked out so it may have been corrected. Otherwise it was a great stay

It is always a pleasure to stay at the Beau Rivage. Beautiful & comfortable place! We will continue to stay here when in the area.

The property is well maintained with excellent amenities. Everything you need is right there in the hotel. The only complaint we had was a slight lingering moldy odor in the room. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Room Keys for hotel occupants should be associated with floor rm number. Individuals should not have to scan "and" select room number.

A dry upscale hotel resort and casino, from the beautiful room, the entertainment and in room dining. We will be back.

Everything about the property was amazing

First time here. Impressive resort

The staff seemed rather rude but the room itself was comfortable and clean.

Our check-in was OK, relatively quick - although our other family members who checked in earlier had to wait in line over 45 minutes and there was nowhere to sit, which is a big deal for elderly. They also waited quite some time for an elevator at the parking garage. Our room smelled like a gymnasium, and sadly the windows didn't open even a crack for fresh air. Fortunately by the 2nd day it had subsided. All the staff were friendly, the room was clean (other than the smell lol). The bed was very comfy as were the pillows. Other cons: so many charges (charged us for an extra person when there were only 3 of us - in my experience for a room with 2 queen beds I expect to be able to accommodate up to 4 people) and resort fees (annoying but these seem to be everywhere these days). Buffet could use some improvement in the food quality vis a vis the price. Overall, I think I'd give a different property a try before staying here again, and if I did come back it would only be if I got a great deal on the room.
