Ummmm… Just no. It is overpriced, run down and not to mention the cockroach that tried to hitch a ride back to MN. It has no cozy, welcoming, vibe and did I mention the cockroach that was on my suitcase?! EWW!! $300 some dollars for 2 nights. That’s what I get for wanting to go with an inexpensive place closer to the airport. I can see where it’s a place of refuge for some but for people who can afford to stay elsewhere, do it.

The carpet floors everywhere need to be changed desperately; they carry an odor that can’t be eliminated; it wasn’t a queen bed, but a full; the initial room they gave me hadn’t been cleaned; overall a bad deal for the amount of money they charged

What a dump! The entire facility needs a massive overhaul...price of $150 per night is inexcusable; should be about $19 per night. Carpets are filthy, 4 years beyond normal replacement...hot water was variable, running from cold to tepid on the same setting, shower could not be turned off, dripped all night...very thin towels...heater setting on aircon did not work, just blew air...limited channel selection on TV...there was no one at the front desk to report these shortfalls to...did not sample the breakfast...Extended Stay Corporate should be embarrassed...the building should be closed for six months and refurbished--then, they can charge $150.

Property in disrepair and needs to be gutted and start from new. We witnessed 2 roaches. Stove is insightful and rusted; cannot be used. Floors are filthy. The first room we were given smelled awful and we were given another room which was not much better. We have pictures of stove, vanity, roaches. Can’t get hot water in shower. Would come on like warm and then turn cold. It was an awful experience and definitely not worth the money.

This property has a lot of roaches in the room and it’s dirty i will never stay here again i don’t even know how it’s still open it should be shut down.

I stayed 10 days and never got any cleaning after being told that it is done automatically in the system after 7 days

Hotel is in a great place.lady at front desk was nice .Lobby was dirty and unkept.Breakfast was a joke .room only had 2pillows for a queen bed .Small roaches by air-conditioning.So I will definitely not be back ...they need good management here.

Hair on the bathroom .. not good condition .. really not considered for an option again

I don't know what i was thinking booking a hotel at the last minute but hey things happens. This was the worst decision I've made on a hotel in the U.S. I was in the hotel for a total of 11 minutes. When I entered the room the floor was ditry, the couch cushions were on the floor and the room smelled like a wet dog. The bed had hair on it and the bathroom had hair all over the sink and the floor. I stood there for a about two minutes in disbelief and took another 30 seconds telling myself that it's 12:30 and its just one night. I just could not do it. I when back down stairs showed them pictures and demanded my money back, expedia was able to refund it. Take my warning do not stay at this hotel you will regret it!

Not the greatest spot but recognize it was on the cheaper end. Dirty. Checked the beds and the protectors had nasty stuff on them. Pillows had no pillow protectors. We had to wait over an hour for pullout couch sheets at 930 PM because they were " in the dryer". cheap but just not a good experience overall.

Everything is great except that the pool is not open.

Overall, it’s okay. Staff is fairly accommodating. However, more than half the time, THERE IS NO BREAKFAST, and we’re lucky to have any coffee!!! I’ve been staying at this chain of hotels for more than a decade and there’s always been a length of both coffee and breakfast from start to finish!!

The hotel is under staffed I don’t blame the employees. This is on management and the owners of this hotel. I was very disappointed.

The internet is extremely poor.

We had a two bed suite with a kitchenette. One bed was not made and not useable the first night. There were no kitchen utensils and not coffee maker in the room and no complimentary continental breakfast either morning in the lobby. The staff was somewhat friendly but provided minimal service when pushed.

So many things not working. Toilet, bathroom sink, main and side entry did not work with the key, absolutely no breakfast, not even coffee. Then you get locked out when you go out for coffee...internet was not working either.

Quiet, safe, and good amenities. Not a Ritz Carlton, but good value for the money. Staff was friendly.

Do not be fooled by the pictures this place is disgusting . Our room didn’t even work the first night water wouldn’t turn off toilet didn’t flush beds where broken , batteries out the tv remote where stolen .. this place down right smells like left over fish . The management couldn’t of been anymore not helpful gave us wet blankets . Says they offer breakfast it’s coffee with the nastiest plastic muffins you ever seen so much for a breakfast . Save your money go somewhere else this place is worst then a 50$ a night motel 6 which we probably would of been better off staying at . Go outside this place at 3am not a safe place at all tons of people loitering around the building . I’ve stayed in some bad hotels but for over a hundred a night I feel I was robbed of my money felt so bad my workers couldn’t even have a nice place to sleep at night after a long day of work. this place needs corporate to come down to see for themselves what a disgrace this place is for there reputation . I’ve been waiting for 5 days for a refund they said they issued but I havnt received and the front desk lady said that’s not there problem .. like what … if you have respect for yourself don’t stay here because the workers sure don’t have respect either.

It felt unsafe going out to my car, a lot of people hanging outside smoking. My room was non smoking and it was smoky as hell

Business travel on a budget. Chose the hotel because it had decent ratings, but the overall experience was less than average. The hotel room was dirty, toiletries were not provided, they don't have ice, and I'm not sure if breakfast was provided. I never smelled coffee or food.

Staff was very nice and professional.

Everything was broke and dirty, could not even take a shower, it was a horrible experience.
